Ooo. This sounds great! I have a great interest in making animated icons and web layouts. I always wondered how to make those animated sigs, or those wonderful art sigs. I guess I will join. :-)

Yep. I found some great tutorials for paint, and I'll try and post some of those.

You can still join, with no worries about being "active." I just want to make sure people are interested before I go on spending time on this.
