:( My son is having problems with VMK this afternoon. There is no scroll bar so he cannot see his messages or access anything that appears on the bottom of the screen. We saw where someone said to hit F5 to refresh we tried that but it did not work. We have logged out and back in several times, but still no scroll bar. Can anyone tell us what to do.

it will not be fixed until they fix it, he is going to have to bear with it unfortunatly, it is because you have to small of a window.

Strange.. now I can't check my messages!

When you open VMK, try pressing F11 to enlarge the screen, and then press F11 again to make the screen back to its normal size. Now you should be able to resize the VMK window by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner. :]

Oh okay, don't worry, I'm sure VMK staff will eventually repair it..

and I am so sad because I will be on a school field trip for the weekend and will be coming back on Sunday. I hope I still have some time left to check out the new events on VMK. :]

EDIT: You know what, I don't seem to have this problem. VMK is working absolutely fine for me..

OMG, I thought I was the only one having that problem. That is the reason as to why I haven't been on as much. Well, that and school ;).

If you happen to log onto VMK and Like me, and there are no scrollers anymore because your window is too big. You now cannot see the map icon the chat log or anything that is lower/higher up then I've got help. But it will make your window desktop, websites zoom out more though, just reset the settings when finished with VMK.

1. Go to your desktop.
2. Right click and select Properties.
3. A window should come up with tabs at the top.
4. Click the tab that reads Settings.
5. You should be on the setting 800x600 if you have the scrollers problem.
6. Move the arrow one tab line up so your setting is 1024x768 pixels.
(7. If the scrollers are still not on the smaller version of VMK try to click the outline of it and drag the VMK window so it is bigger.)

To un-set this setting, simply reverse the drections.

1. Go to your desktop.
2. Right click and select Properties.
3. A window should come up with tabs at the top.
4. Click the tab that reads Settings.
5. You should be on the setting 1024x768.
6. Move the arrow one tab line down so your setting is 800x600 pixels.

2. You may have a bigger Heading on your web pages which will make the VMK Screen cut off.
3. Drag the Heading where the url/adsress putter iner is.
