Well when I die I usually just blow up right away to lower the other persons health if I hit them. That way it's also kind of helping my team...

And your Pirate Lingo is a bit wrong, mate. Always use 'me' when you're gonna say ' me hearties'. Sounds better don't it?

I always anticipate the players moves, and me hearties and myself always win, if you plan it out. Try to guess where the cannons will fire, and always hit the fire key a little before you want the cannons to shoot- lag and loads stop it from shooting right then.

Always think a step ahead-- if you predict a player is going to turn their side at you to shoot, move two steps ahead and circle them so when they shoot, you're at their front or back and ready to attack.

Never go into a pirate game assuming that you will win! Always assume that the opponents are the best in VMK. Be patient and consider all options. Don't hide behind your team mates letting them take fire first. When you crowd your other team mates you create a bumper car effect and cause your team to be blown away all together. And quit telling people "NOT TO RUN!" People have to run sometimes, to get life or ammo or that's simply how they want to play.

Dont chase the cannonballs with the black pearl its just weird savvy...

also, let your teammates do what ever they want.

if they want to go for the flag even though YOU are the black pearl, then let them, maybe they have their own strategy that works for them.

and never judge a player-- if he or she has green flips, it doesn't mean he or she is a fantastic pirates player

for 1.That not be true ye me and my ship allways goe and get they ships, no matter what view we be looking at.
2. What ye talking about matey ye be trash in the sink let em run at ye eh?
They just need to calm down and than ye blast those bildrats.

Shooting like crazy is not the best idea unless you are in the middle of the area and there is an abundant amount of ammo around you :)

Practicing is best. Also watching fellow players and how they move their boat isn't to bad either :)

also, let your teammates do what ever they want.

if they want to go for the flag even though YOU are the black pearl, then let them, maybe they have their own strategy that works for them.

If you have the Black Pearl, and your teammate goes after the flag, your teammate's an idiot. While the Pearl is not the only ship that can take the flag, it is useless on defense.

1. DO NOT GO AFTER FLAG if ye are flying dutchman or wicked Winch
2. Don't ever shoot like crazy you will lose all your ammo

Arg me matey' I agree completely!

If ye' shot like crazy ye' will lose the game from low ammo.

Then ye' oppionates will chase ye' down till' ye' are trapped.

I usually make imaginary lines anticpate where they are heading then shoot the derection they are going.Sometime i miss mostly at least I hit

good tips, I don't say number 3 bc u run out of ammo then u are trying to shoot at other boats when u notice that u are out of ammo! it gets sooo annoying then they are shooting at u with ammmo and your dead but those are some great tips and i need um
