You will need quite a few minutes, and Adobe Photoshop. You can get the trial for free if you haven't bought it. :) Scroll to bottom for example.

Question; where is the Elips tool?

Hold down on the rectangle tool, and u will see it, or if ur talking about the eliptical marquee, then hold down on the square marquee tool

it wont become a circle though.

Right click it and select the circle from the choices.

I have used Photoshop for a long time and never knew about the SHIFT trick so thank you! I am curious what version of Photoshop you are using - my menus are different.
