I like to talk Turkey, eat turkey, use Turkey as an adjective and I hope to someday visit Turkey. (I do have earings as a gift from Turkey)

The ingredient in Turkey that makes you sleepy is the amino acid Tryptophan. :)

Amino acids make different proteins, and proteins and lipids (Mostly lipids) hold energy? Hmm, I've got to study up on this, I'm stumped.
