I was just wandering around the Tokyo DisneyLand site and found this.

Its all in Japanise, but with english narrarations

Im not completly sure, but to make a character this is what you need to do.
First look at the left hand side of the screen On the 'profile side.'
Find the two buttons on the bottom and click the one on top.( the one with more words)
Next it will ask you to sign your name. If you dont know japanise just make one up.
Then click to create a boy or girl.
After that write your password in english on BOTH lines.
Then your done.

Oh and those minigames outside the game can earn you 'credits'. You have to exchange the game points into 'credits' in the Magic Castle Bank.

how do you make a sn? like i was getting there but then all the letters were in japeneses so i was Really confused LOL.. there has got to be a way to change it to english lol..

Haha. That's amazingly cute. There's ways to translate to english. Three ways I know of are:
If you have google toolbar - Right Click & Click "translate page into english"
change url to http://www.disneygames.en/
change url to http://www.disneygames.us/

Its open all day long, but i still cant figure it out.

On the image posted, the top button says "Menu". The bottom one says "Log Out". If you show me specific things, maybe I could help ^_^. I can read Japanese.

EDIT: The little tabs at the top are (in order from left to right) "action", "puzzle", "sports", "table", and "home".

Its A Nice Game If You Click Sign Up Then You Get In Its Tell You A Story and some stuff o can understand when you get to sign up the person tell you step by step how to join

And Also You Can Log On But The Kingdome Is Closed bc no shops are open
