I just finished it, but haven't received a message. Hopefully it'll come soon. I finished in about 12:00. Pretty pathetic! I could have done a lot better. Oh well... at least I only had to play Pirates once. :D

i heard she will open a new quest next week. i'm excited. i can't wait to see what she'll add as prizes! there were some cool stuff!

But as almost a hundred players who each waited in fifteen-minute lines and paid 50c at the spiffy-new Pay As You Enter turnstiles to find out, it wasn't around long.
Needless to say, some folks weren't happy.

That wasn't the part that got everyone riled. What got everyone juuuust a little cheesed-off was Caffdawg trying to take the staff's side (and other players trying to echo it, to kiss up) of "Folks, it's just a game"..."There'll be another Inferno NEXT week!"...and, the big hit favorite "So go get some more credits!--Go play a game of Pirates, or something!
(Look up in Bartlett's Quotations, under "Let" and "Cake"...What historical event do we associate that with?)

...Now, normally, I wouldn't care less--I usually rip through five free quests a day, since I can usually only finish two of them.
(And frankly, right now, even I can't afford to throw 50c around like water, since the almost 50K credits I had before October has now been wiped out on Space Mountain tracks--This week I'm now literally playing Mansion games just to get the credits to play Pirate games, and those track switches are just too far away.)
But folks, you couldn't ASK for a better demonstration of what a major flat-out grade-A-inspected Bad Idea the turnstiles have already turned out to be, before they've even been sold, and said example served on a silver platter to the staff.
The world will little note, nor long remember, one host-game quest, but let us "Remember the Caffdawg", as the Fort Sumter of the Turnstile Wars...It Has Begun. :th000000508oc:

I'm quite happy with the new turnstiles...

I spent lots more that 50K during October and this month...

VMK is a game. It's a free game. Credits are virtual. Inferno is virtual. Our little people running around VMK are not us - they are virtual. I'm very happy with all of the recent in-game changes and excited for more! Keep up the good work Yavn, QA_'s, VMK_'s and HOST_'s!!!

I thought this quest was fun, the prizes were amazing, and the prize distribution was fair and exciting.

I hope virtual prices of new items go up, too, but that's just to make them a little more rare. ;)

No!!!!!!!! I missed it!! I was playing vmk and i looked at my friends list and noticed that one of my friends was in his/her quest room! So i go down to the enter the same room button and it wasn't usable! i tried clicking but it was shut off. :( i was so close to doing the quest....if only i looked at the guest rooms list in that time....darn pirates game!! what a distraction!!!!! LOL

Wooooooow, that was on at such an awesome time! Just at the time I was dreaming of inferno and green tea cups in my sleep! :(:(:(
