I need help. I can't get on to VMK. Whenever I sign on, I get a black screen and it stays there. Can anyone tell me why or what you did from experience?

Wait a bit or redownload shockwave. Clearing your cookies might work too.

I have tried that, didnt work. Is there a way of uninstalling shockwave the download it again?

if you go to the manage add on section of internet explorer (internet options) you can remove the shockwave plugin

When you were deleting cookies did you also delete temp files? I would do that first if you didnt before trying to remove shockwave

I've had this problem too, i've tried everything you all have said and VMK still wont work :(
