ok i have a mac and here is the deal i use firefox to get onto VMK and so i open it, log in but then for about 45 minutes it just stays black and then the logo pops up and it just stays like that agin

I don't have a mac, but try using a different brower. Do you have safari or internet explorer? If not, you might want to check your firewall settings, sometimes that blockes access to vmk!

Are you using the new version of FireFox or the old one? I heard the new one is a lot better with VMK.

I don't use FireFox on either OS, Windows or Mac, I always use the SBC Yahoo! Browser, check it out! :D

I was using firefox as my second log in browser but in the last few weeks its not worked well or at all, I have the newest version and updated shockwave but nothing. I think the site changes don't function well with firefox for some reason and prevent us from logging in for some reason. Any other firefox users having trouble here?
