To my opinion, some ask the most obvious questions.
Maybe just to 'talk' to staff?
I had a problem once with my account and I needed to talk to a staff member. But so many people were flooding the chat area with questions, I couldn't speak
That and the HOST completely ignored my question which I am still ticked about
Okay now I'm going on a rampage.
I's good that yavn answered the questions-- but couldn't the people ask, well, more complicated questions the ones that they full well know the answer to?!

YEAH, does anybody even know if the money given to you is out of no where (like an NPC) each time a person enters through the turnstile, or is it their money? Plus, what happens if it is their money, and they have 0 credits, while walking through one where they have to pay?

"New" players (sorry if you are one) are going to charge 100 credits for there cafe' or something! It's so unfair! Then they can boot you and... omg this is horrible.

Wait a second.. I just realized.. Maybe staff will make it so that if you pay money to enter the turnstile you cannot be booted? Did anybody ever think of that?

Maybe they'll make the turnstile like you pay 100 credits.
If you get booted you get your credits back?

The turnstile holds the credits as people enter the room. So then at the end of the day or week or whenever you an collect them from all the people that entered as they got added up.

Also I was thinking maybe it a one time per room per day pay for your same character. Say that you enter somebody's quest room and you walk in and you get charged. Then say you have to leave and come back later, but it doesn't make you pay. So then it would be like having your "ticket" to that room already for the day.

Yeah and even if they don't boot, we're paying them to eat absouletly nothing! i think if yavn and team kept it, People wouldn't get tricked.

I feel as this is going to be interesting to watch.

Will you get your credits back when you get booted or DC or crash or will you only have to pay once a day and you can always get into that room without paying the entire day?

Will we receive the credits immediately or will the machine collect the credits from everyone and as they get the amount we need, we get them?

As I said, this machines debut will be as interesting as the quest kiosk, almost.

If you read the third sentence you see that Yavn did say That once you pay you can keep going in the room for a few hours, He also said that new ears where comming out soon. Maybe , I said MAYBE the blue ears are going to be for the CL_ now.

What if it costs as much as the kiosk? New players couldn't buy it unless they earned some sweet cheddar.

I hope it isn't like the Pirates game, where you pay to get on, but then if something happens and you don't actually finish the game, you don't get any credits back. Frankly, I'm not looking forward to the new turnstiles - VMK has been telling us all this time that you DON'T have to pay to enter a room or do a quest, and now they are doing just that!! I would sort of understand if Host games started charging a fee, but AFTER you finish, not before. VMK has random crashes for me about as common as DC was before, and I don't want to lose 100 credits just like that. I've mostly stopped playing Pirates (I only play if I have to for a quest) because I was losing more than I was making - just too aggravating!!

Yes, definitely bad precedent to set.... I'm still hoping for "Year of a Million Dreams" ears. They're sort of blue and silver, so maybe silver will become available for players.... *fingers crossed*

No. Hopefully when you try to go through, it would say "Do you want to enter this turnstile for __ credits?" And even if you put ride pieces at the start of the room, you can't place them on the exits, so they don't have to get on the ride to begin with.

The AK room was given to a group of winners from the Everest ride comepetition as a prize before it was released as quest.

That would be great if the turnstile counted as 1 person in the room, because, when you're out, the room will still be open and getting credits :D I doubt that's one of the features though q:

Maybe the Epcot turnstile will be a prize for the upcoming ride event, to ensure that only those who actually create worthwhile rooms will be able to charge for them.

I doubt it, though. It's going to be available to everybody, and there are going to be scams a-plenty!

Then people just won't go through the turnstiles. There will always be other rooms.

i tested the turnstilles for one of the testers quests. the turnstile had to be approved to take the money before you go through just as in the pirates or buying anything in vmk. then proceeded through teleporters for the quest in another room. Don't know much more than that for now

I also hope they are out today! I wonder how much these turnstiles will cost though. See many of you are worried about new players. If the price is decent enough for those who save then really we won't have to worry about those who shortcut for credits (Not saying all new players shortcut in fact most don't).
