I'm posting this here because I think most editors will notice it easier than if I made a page on the wiki.
I noticed some problems yesterday when someone tried to edit the "retired" date for a halloween item. All of the halloween items are done as includes, so if you look at the page where they are (for example, take a look at Halloween Month (http://www.disneysonlineworlds.com/index.php/Halloween_Month), and then look at its source, you'll see one entry per line.
This uses a feature called "templates", so each item is on a page of its own. To actually edit the item, you need to go to that page. You can just enter the page name in (usually the name of the item), or you can click on the picture, and then follow a link at the bottom of "pages that include this picture" to the item.
This may look more complex, but in a few ways its better. It lets us include the same item on many pages, and update that item only once when there are changes. It also lets us do some automatic categorization (for example, this is helping develop an automatic list of furniture. Soon I want to move beta items into this format and do the same.), and the inventory list pages are much easier to read.
If there are questions about how this is done, the Halloween Month (http://www.disneysonlineworlds.com/index.php/Halloween_Month) and Tron Month (http://www.disneysonlineworlds.com/index.php/Tron_Month) pages are where I started this, so they're good examples of where to look. Or feel free to ask me here or on my talk page (http://www.disneysonlineworlds.com/index.php/User_talk:Prisoner)
