It's Yavn's room, whether he's in it or not people randomly just go in there hoping for a glimpse of yavn. Were you there when his teleporter room got opened? That was a mess, he wasn't even there half the time and people blocked paths blocked teleporters and yelled at other threatinging to report. Not even any new furniture... Just a random room filled to the brim with teleporters.
