With standard time returning at 2 a.m. Sunday, everyone is reminded to set their clocks, watches, microwaves and other appliances back one hour before going to bed Saturday.

If you can't remember which way to set your clock, remember, it's:

Spring Up, Fall In

or, was it:
Spring Plant, Autumn Harvest?

maybe:
Spring Wet, Fall Over?

Jump to the Left, then A Step to the Right?

Spring, Sprang, Sprong, Sprung?

Nothing gains an hour except the middle of the night.

Nothing at all happens, as far as losing time. The only thing that /does/ happen is it gets brighter early, and darker early. So, usually the sun will set around six or sevenish instead of seven or eightish, if I'm not mistakening.

It's the episode in which Little Pete uses the time change to go back in time and rescue the crossing guard. Or something like that.

That sounds interesting. That's weird how they were both named the same thing. I'm friends with 2 brothers that both have the same first name, but they go by other names.

sun in east will set around 4-5 ish, instead of the 6-7 ish during spring and fall, but is 7-8 ish during summer.

You wont gain another hour of school, dont worry. Its just for today, Sunday. It feels like 11:30 EST, but its really 12:30.

Well, first of all, you hate this kind of year? It happens every year, you know. Maybe you meant time of year.. Anyway, I love Daylight savings. I would usally get out of school at around 3:30, well with daylight savings it will feel like 2:30 for me :). Sure, I have to go to school which feels like an hour earlier, but I would much rather go to school early, then stay late.

it's kinda the same, if you usually go to bed at 10:00 then you would be going to bed at 9:00 but if it were the old time you would actually be going to bed at 11:00 and when you wake up you would usually wake up for school at like 6:30 let's say when you go to bed at 10:00. but if you go to bed at 9:00 you would wake up at 5:30 but it would actually be 6:30.. AH!! LET'S JUST SAY IT WILL BE DARKER WHEN YOU WAKE UP EARLY

Daylight Savings hurts my brain... I woke up at like 8:45 but then I realized it was 7:45...

Neoteny- Either you are really good at math or majored in telling time! You should set up a help booth. :)
