i'm going to disneyland california on sept 13th-15th but the haunted mansion will be closed as the redecorate for the haunted mansion holiday event.
my question is since the ride will be closed how can i do the vip tour and the haunted mansion quest?
i'm going all the way to disneyland with vmk being one of my top reasons just to find out that i may not be able to do the tour?
if anyone who knows what disney will do or if yavn or any cast member can shed some light on this subject i will greatly appreciate it. thank you :poison:

i can't wait till it opens again and it is nightmare before christmas and srry about ur quest thing problem i hope it turns out good.

I talked to a tour guide last friday when i did tour for like the fourth time she said they had an idea and they were throwing it around on what to do for those days

Also some of Haunted Mansion quest questions (such as the one about the instruments in Leota's room will be replaced by special cards and the only 'human' in the ride will be replaced with Jack) will no longer apply even when the Haunted Mansion Holiday opens. I should go to Disneyland and ask about it.

I asked the guy working at the VMK booth today and he said they just might give the cards as freebee's. When I went on the tour HM broke down and they just gave us the cards, no answers needed.

We are going to DLR today I will ask about this ;)
