When is the new quest coming out? I have heard about the prizes from it but not when it comes out. See I am going back to Disney soon and was hoping to do the new Quest and tour. Oh and Also is it you have to wait 30 days to do another quest or is it longer? Can anyone help me out here?

Rumor talk of a Holiday season or New Years release of the "New" quests...

No clue on what they include.. or what they offer. most likely series 2 cards though...

i was told the same thing, apparently way more people went than originally expected, and now im stuck with like 8 of those cards (my family and i have all turned them in 2 times per person); but i think there may be a loophole because i dont think it says on the card that there is a 90 limit, or that disney has the right to change anything; someone please correct me if im wrong

The VIP tour cards now say 90 days in the fine print on the back. Originally they said 30 days.

so is it only at DL? Because that won't be really fair for everyone near WDW... I hope its at WDW too! And I thought about it, do you have proof? Maybe I'm just weird like that, but I'd like a bit of proof before I get all excited again, lol. About the prizes, pirate suit as in the pirate costume we've all been waiting for? Pirate room as in the pirate prision? And what pirate magic? Mostly everyone has gotten the Kelloggs magic by now, and can't you buy (or could buy, not sure anymore) palm trees? Same with treasure chests, couldn't you just get those from the Kelloggs game? After thinking about it I'm a little confused...

maybe the promotion will end when it is advertised or already have a piratre so they put it in and a exclusive chest like uh purple

Went on Tour on Friday, Sept.2, at Disneyland, CA. the guide told us the Haunted Mansion is going down for redo to Holiday in a week and the tour would change and the quest...so maybe this is the new pirate quest and instead of the tour going on Mansion it will go on Pirates. They, the guides, are having a hard time with the CM's on Mansion and keeping the tour loading all together, and filing complaints with their leads.
We were also told the Hidden Mickey Quest would be changed due to the new two lands coming on line.
This is what I know and I am sticking to it....

Hey my friend is at DL and he said no new quest as of today so maybe after they finish haunted mansion holiday. This might happen to WDW too with the rumors going around of haunted mansion holiday. Pirate Costume no way woot woot for that. :CastMem:

The Pirate Quest will be Taking place of the haunted mansion quest that you do on tour i am waiting to here from my sources if they are offically out yet will keep you posted

My thought is that probably you get to answer the Pirate Quest while riding Pirate's of The Carribean. Just like answering the Haunted Mansion Quest while riding the Haunted Mansion.

I was at Disneyland today (Tuesday 9/6 and here's what I report):
All insider tours for today are cancelled.
None of the different cast members that i talked to at the VMK Booth or inside Innoventions had even heard of a Pirates of the Caribbean quest and have not seen one.
Haunted Mansion was still open today
However, this does not mean that there will be no pirates quest, just not today as some thought. It would be a good logical guess that they would release it since Haunted Mansion will be changing over to it's Holiday/Nightmare Before Christmas Decor which would remove many of the items and features that have the answers to the Haunted Mansion quest (i.e. The stretching room portraits, the flying objects in Leota's room, can't see the original ballroom characters as well, Jack replaces the only 'living person' on the ride).

I can Tell you Tours have Been Cancelled Lately Because they have not had enough tour guides to do them the tour guides who do the vmk tour are sent from city hall and im at disneyland just about every week and i have only seen like 4 different tour guides i also asked a cast member and he said they are actually in the middle of training more tour guides they hope to run 4 tours a day in the future and if there is a pirates quest it wont be up till Sept 12 cuz that is when haunted mansion closes

They didn't say why. The cast members at Innoventions said they were just told today.
