Basically, Evil Kid Bugs is an evil version of -rcv- (Kid Bugs), who causes chaos and mischief around the site when he feels like it. But don't worry, he never does anything TOO evil... Unless you count the time he turned Toontown Central into EKB's Estate of Evil.

Don't mind him, he's just sitting around his Estate Of Evil, plotting his next evil move. He's done stuff from re-activating Repuatation, to making the banner say 'Estate Of Evil'. He also likes evil poems, and making fun of moderators.

Although, he does have administrator powers. As far as I know, he only uses those powers for mischief, and doesn't go around deleting bad posts and moving threads like the mods do.

well he is evil kid bugs
but he causes stuff to happen around the forums that is evil once in a while i think.

he has the powers of a modorator but isn't excactly one. that's all I know about him :D
