I can't get in vmk because my new firewall, does anyone here know how to get in or knows anyone with the answer to this question.

I am too. It is so annoying cause i was on before, and i know no one changed our computer! :mad: so annoying!!

I know! Its like a very popular game, and its not open all day. the least they can do is make sure that it works when it is open.

ya, it kicked me off and now i got that old firewall message. ::glares::

this is a rediculous problem. i have been trying to get in to vmk but no such luck. i have not been able to get into vmk for 2 weeks!

ive been going on vmk lately. and once i was on just playing around on there then i got disconnected. so i sign in again and the whole thing loads and then it says "Connection Failed Please try to check your firewall...." and blah blah blah. then i sign in and i got into vmk. then got disconnected again. and tried signing in but connection failed thingy. then i restart the computer. signed in but the connection failed thingy again. i keep trying. and im stopping for a while.

has anyone gone through this before? please help

well i just tried to sign in with both accounts a few minutes ago. my one account was on fine and then my other account got the "connection failed" message. i haven't tried again and idk why it happens...??

one reason is the amount of people logged in... another might be your settings.. I have had to use IE and lower the secure settings to medium to log in.

this always happen to me.. but if i do it twice it comes on and if it dosent work i reset my computer and it works!! :)

I crashed right in the middle of Jungle Cruise, I had a really higfh score, I mad so mad.

Then when I tried to log back on, I got the Firewall Message.

I thought that my kid has messed witht he Computer.

I am glad that it wasn't just me.

If it's giving you the firewall message, it might not be a firewall problem. Alot of people have been getting that without changing the computer settings. A few more trys and they're logged in. Just don't give up. Keep trying to get on.

Iroc is right. When I get that message, I click OK and hit refresh. It usually logs in by the second or third try. :mickey2:

omg there are so many omg's in this thread omg it is unbelievable but today I was firewall message free but yesterday it was like a curse ! I think they do that when school is off just to be cute.

I used to play on firefox but it won't allow me i get black screen non stop if i play firefox and so i use the internet explorer and it always says that security thing and if i use contact us on Internet and says " do u trust this site yes or no?

i got the firewall message when i was in italy, but here it works perfectly not on my mac though
