Could a Mod kindly explain this rule to me and where I may find it?

As seeing many of the quotes in the database, well it seems there isn't much useful information there and the quote option is looking more and more like an OP toy since regular users can't add their own quotes without being degrated for doing so.

I feel we should have more options to view these quotes

The Two Commandments here are:

I: Thou shalt stay safe
II: Thou shalt have fun

Every other rule here simply expands on those principles.
If either commandment cannot be followed, then this community should not exist.

As for adding quotes to Keswick, I don't see a problem with it as long as someone isn't maing a deliberate attempt to break Keswick, or to overload it with garbage to the extent that it spoils it for everyone.
