I beleive you can still get them from creating a new character.

In a newsletter at the beggining of summer they said they were taking them away because of the summer weather. I expect them to be back soon.

I thought they were retired at the beginning of summer... i think the only way you can still get it is by making a new character and giving it the plaid shirt.

Well, seeing that it's getting colder but it's still fall.. At the beginning of Winter don't be suprised to see them back in action ;)

This doesn't mean they're rare ya know. Shrunken Ned shirts have been 'retired' for a LONG time, but you don't see and 'Shrunken Ned Shirt Offer' rooms.

i found out the same way c some one had stolen off meh account and i was like wat i oly have one plain... better buy somemore and i couldnt
