Sounds like someone's trying to scam you. The Well is currently available at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and is very common.

its a scam i thought u could win those from pirates game....

I was at Disneyland a few days ago, and they claimed to be out of Well cards. That still desn't make the Wells anything close to rare, though.

lol if they are out of wells that just means that all whatever thousand of them are out on vmk :)
