How exactly do you report a bug?

The "contact us" link, when it works, seems to go into a black hole.

Summoning a cast member is reserved for real problems.

Bumping into a cast member is rare, but the one time I did it and mentioned the problem, they kinda shrugged it off with "I know about that problem, but we don't know about all of them."

I'm actually curious if there's a "correct" way to report bugs too. I've been using the "Contact VMK" on the main page and put in the bugs I see under "I want to comment on the beta" since that seems like the closest thing. I've never gotten any kind of response so I'm unsure whether anyone is seeing these or as with prisoner, if they just get sucked into a black hole.

From what some people have been saying, it sounds like there's a way to report bugs in the game. Is this done by calling for help? Is one way better than the other? Is there another way? Most of my bugs are still there (no colored borders on talk bubbles, can't see scores list on fireworks, still no Oswald pin despite the log saying I found all 50 Mickeys) so I wish I knew whether my messages were getting through.

Well if your ingame, and your bug report is not very long then using the HELP button then call for Cast Member is great way, they add the bug to there daily report they turn into there leaders.

But if you have a more in-depth report then using the http://vmk.disney.go.com/vmk/en_US/help/index?name=GameHelpVMKStaffPage and finding the apply button the left. Is also great to get the report in.

At any rate, thank you for reporting bugs, it will improve the game even if they are cool bugs.

Thanks for that Mr.Lunatix . That link you gave is the way I've been doing reporting, so I'm glad to know that's the preferred method. I think I'll try the cast member call if I still notice some of my problems a few days after launch. I figure if they're letting me test the game in beta, the least I can do is give feedback! :D
