Just out of curiosity, which ship is your most favorite in pirates?

I play the flying dutchman most of the time because of it's fair speed and cannons and longer life.

I know some people play diff ones on diff games but which do you play most on average?

I play with teh Wicked Winch, i like how it shoots 5 cannon balls at a tiome, i can control it very good and i got good timing so i know exacily when to hit the other ships

On Capture the Flag Black Pearl and on Ship Battle Flying Dutchman.

Anything, if it's Flying Dutchman.

I play all three.

Not at the same time, though.

For ship battle ill play the Dlying Dutchman
For Capture the flag its the black pearl :)

Capture the flag, I play the black pearl or Flying Dutchman, depends on what my teammates choose. Battle, I almost always use the Flying Dutchman.

When it comes to Ship Battle, I'm always the Dutchman. It's really the only ship that's fair and balanced, and unlike Fox News, that's not an absurd lie. The Winch/Wench, on the other hand, is an 11 on the Cheap-o-Meter. I know it's defenses are lowered in an attempt to handicap it's beefed-up cannon-load, but I hate how easy it is for players with very little coordination to get lucky with a couple blind sprays of ammo and then come away boasting of their victory as if skill had anything to do with it. I guess it's not so much the existence of this ship that bothers me as much as the attitudes of those who select it again and again without fail or the realization that in any other ship, they'd be riding a coffin with sails. Fortunately for my raging temper, I still send the majority of them on an all-expenses-paid trip to the ocean's basement.

Well, I can usually be found digging for clams at the bottom of the seas matey but I try not to sink my Flying Dutchman in Battle and the cursed Black Pearl in flag. Arg ye landlubbers. Keep ye hands off me clams or it be the dark depths of Davey Jones locker fer ye ye scallywags!

Black Pearl has a lot of speed, which is really needed for both games. Why do you need speed?
1. In capture the flag- do i really have to explain that you need speed to dodge cannons, get the flag, and bring it back to base?
2. In Ship Battle-A "hit and run" system. You shoot cannons and dodge them while you "fly by" everybody in the round.

Of course, if the Black Pearl gets hit directly, it will be destroyed, but with it's speed you can try to dodge it. Also, it has about 3 or 4 cannon shots, but you really dont need a lot if you are capable of passing everybody at the "speed of light."

Depends on my team and type of game, trying to master all the ships, now best at Flying Dutchman

Most of the time I use Flying Dutchmen, in Ship Battle and Capture the Flag. Sometimes in Capture the Flag I might use Wicked Winch, and rarely even the Black Pearl, but mostly I use the flying dutchmen.

I have been experimenting with the different boats. Lately, I have been getting good results in Ship Battle with the Wicked Wench.

I'm most of the time the Wicked Winch. I usually go on a death spree if I don't have enough time to change my ship from the Flying Dutchman...or I go and kill the host because they were impatient...xD

I also play the Winch most of the time on CTF because I learned how to use the ship when I was playing with a friend to get up to the third level.

I barely ever play it, but, I didn't know you could change your ship.

yea, a lot of people didn't know that-- i didn't know it until i got into level two :h-confuse

If I play Ship Battle I use the default ship and for Capture the Flag I usually choose the Black Pearl

black pearl for both you might think its the weakest ship to use in ship battle but it is the fastest and its easy to dodge shots people never keep up with me boo ya!
