Everyday it seems that VMK breaks down. It kicks everyone out and then wont let them back in. They blame it on their Internet Security or Firewall settings when people have made no changes to them. What is constantly going wrong with VMK. Does anyone have any answers. Please share. Thank you. :CastMem:

I'm not sure, I was on since it opened today, then I froze, and I decided I'd relog in and it won't let me because it says that same firewall thing, and it happened to my friend earlier but she got on eventually. They need to fix this.

I was in when it opened, and I had to sign off then I can't get back in. Its really annoying.

I agree. I just want to play because during the weekend I can play the most because otherwise, I have school and I can only play for a couple hours after school.

Just try again in about a half hour and see what happens.. :wave2:

A half hour? Lol, I waited like a half hour before it opened, I have like nothing to do now. I planned on playing VMK until I have to go to bed. :Tongue:

I think we should all email VMK and tell them to fix it. That we our outraged. They need to do something about it.

I just tried again to get back on, no luck. I'm going to eat lunch soon, so I guess I'll have something to do for maybe 10-20 minutes.


EDIT: Maybe we should e-mail VMK..they might be aware and they're trying to figure out how to fix it.. who knows?

There are plenty of other posts on this topic. You may want to NICELY e-mail VMK asking what a solution might be, but mainly I would just be patient with the very busy VMK.

Thegof is right... patience is the best way to handle these "minor" setbacks like not being able to log in. We are all in the same boat, it happens to all of us, and it has been posted about in almost every thread topic I have read today!
If it's not loading, try going outside, watching tv, reading a book, and try again in half an hour. (cleaning my room and laundry for me! BLAH! but it passes the time until our favorite game is up and running again!)
I know VMK has posted somewhere about adding more servers but it is expensive and takes time. With more of us playing on the weekends it is more likely that there will be times when we can't sign on. So, be patient and try again later if it happens to you! :pirate:

But that's most likely just an automated message that was most likely put up on mistake. You can't keep VMK blamed for a minor setback :)
