CHAPTER 1 - FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
Summer had ended and Jenny was getting ready for school. She wore her denim skirt, a blue shirt, and black flip-flops. She was getting ready for her last year of high school. She looked at her alarm clock read "7:50".
"Oh no! I'm going to be late!" she cried. She ran out of the house and into her car. Luckily for her there was no traffic and it only takes about 10 minutes to get to school.
When she got there she saw her friend Lynn waiting for her.
"What took you so long?"
"Sorry I overslept a bit."
Just as she and Lynn were walking in there was a boy holding the door open for her.
"Thanks," they both said.
"No problem," replied the stranger as he flashed a killer smile at them.
Jenny continued to look back at the stranger when the bell rang. Then, Lynn began to pull her towards science with Mr. Right.
CHAPTER 2 - SCIENCE CLASS
Once everyone had taken their seats Mr. Right began the class with a welcome.
"Well it's nice to see everyone again! I see some a new face out there too. Hi there what's your name?" Mr. Right asked. Everyone turned around to see who Mr. Right was talking to. Jenny then saw that it was the boy that held the door for Lynn and herself.
"I'm Adam. I just moved here." he replied.
"Well nice to meet you Adam. Now we will begin this year's class with some labs."
Everyone was excited to start the labs, but all Jenny could think about was Adam.
"Hey Jenny, are you ok?" asked Lynn.
"Yea." said Jenny as she stared at Adam who stared back at her.
CHAPTER 3 - THE MEETING
The next part of the school day went by fast for Jenny. She found out Adam was in all of her classes. Before she knew it, it was lunchtime. Jenny got in line for lunch and was happy to see that Adam was standing behind her.
"Hi there. You're Adam right? I'm Jenny. Nice to meet you. How's your first day here at Reefside?" Jenny said.
"Yes. You are correct the one and only Adam and it's been great thanks for asking." Adam replied as he smiled.
When they finally got out of the lunch line and payed for the lunches they looked for a place to sit. Then, Adam spotted a place to sit so he motioned to Jenny to follow him. Once they were situated more people came to sit around them.
"So. How long have you lived here at Reefside?" Jenny asked.
"Well, I'm still unpacking my things so you can probably guess not too long. Although to be exact, I've been here 2 days." replied Adam.
"So, have you made any friends yet?"
"Not really you're the first."
"Well I'm honored to be your first friend here at Reefside."
Then there was an awkward silence.
"Jenny...."Adam started.
"Yes?" answered Jenny.
"Do you think you can show me around Reefside? You know the sights, the sounds, the places to hang out."
"Sure. How about this Saturday?"
"Ok around 2?"
"Sounds good to me."
The bell rang and they went their seperate ways to their classes.
