im very worried aboout vmk because it has been going very slow lately and i know its not my computer because my computer has dsl and it was fast without it does anyone have a theory why vmk was going so slow yesterday?

maybe the amount of people logging in for halloween items and playing the games? it was a pain playing pirates >_< it was really slow

It does this almost whenever something new comes to VMK. Don't worry, VMK will go back to normal.

I looked at the counter their was more than 60% More Usual People Logged in at 4-5-6 Just because Halloween

I noticed that with the new stuff and activity yesterday my cpu usage was hitting 100% more than usual while playing VMK. This made me wonder how much of the lag was from my machine. (My computer isnt exactly slow either.)

Of course, I'm running a few vital applications aside from VMK, so your mileage may vary.

I agree, it was extremely slow, I think it's because of all the new changes they are making for halloween, plus all of the new items they are putting out, plus tons of people are playing games to get credits!!
(I know I am, hehe. Not anymore though. )
