i have no clue, maybe in that time programs have been installed slowing internet down to where your computer is to slow for vmk. maybe you should uninstall programs you dont use but be cautioned i might be wrong so dont uninstall something you will regret.

Clear your temporary internet and cookies and history. We had to all of the above recently
