Did anyone watch it last night? I heard the pilot was great! I just want to know if anyone feels the same.

I miss it last night but there an encore on it at NBC 8:00 pm

I have it taped, and am about to watch it. According to some friends of mine, it was great.

I watched the first few minutes, lost interest, and turned it off. The opening title crawl was so cheesy. You people let me know if I actually missed anything good, ok?

The beginning was slow, but It picked up. I loved it, and i knew i would :D. I created a thread over a month ago and they put it in the WAY off-topic section bc no one had heard about it yet :D I loved how there was almost no commercials, that was awesome.

I mean in xmen, they all live together, and know they have powers, and there's bad guys with powers.
With this 1, you dont know if the bad guys have powers, or if there is bad guys, I'm going to continue watching the series..

Gotta LOVE Heroes! Kind of disgusting though, but I have to get use to it (I want to be a doctor. :-D). I just hope, the story line continues its greatness. Great show so far. I must admit that I just can't get into this show (partly because NBC keeps fading in and out on my tv). I have a hard time with the whole genetic relationship thing combined with taking itself seriously, especially since I'm a Biology major and see no way possible for any of the powers, except possibly for the cheerleaders to be possible.

The cinemetography and sound quality also irritate me. Not only does is the sound really bad, but everything is just too gray for me, it really just doesn't feel right.

The acting's overally pretty decent, with the cheerleader needing to improve, but with the exception of Teleman, none of the character are really pleasant, they all seem so serious and depressing, lacking any sort of animation.

Just my opinion.

That's actually what I was thinking. Unless he really does travel back in time. I don't think the MNH would have a replica, but more of a bone structure. Hiro has proven he can back in time though. So it's completely possible.

Then Hiro and his friend were like at this museum and he had to steal this sword from the glass wall thing and he stopped time but everyone was still moving but really slow and then he took it but when they were out side and he took the case of the sword wich he thought was real but then it said like what you call a fake i cant remember the name of it ah!!.. OH it said a replica on the sword then they got mad and Hiro said i think im gonna take it back. That part was so funny!!!! then i guess clair's friend lost all his memory so she took him to that spot were she jumped off and he arm was twisted back and she did that again but they didnt show her falling and then they showed her and it showed her like pushing her ribs back in?? im not sure

Thursday, Friday and some of Saturday I watched Heroes non-stop on my brothers iPod and then the last few episodes online. It's a really great show!

Adopted kids know their real mom and dad are the ones who raised and loved them. Please don't confuse this with the biological parents. Although some adoptees may have healthy relationships with both sets of parents, most never meet them and many don't even care to. But back to Heroes - remember Claires biological father, Nathan Patrelli, is married so she could not go with both her birth mom and dad.

Claire's dad did what he did just to prevent her from going to the company. The company means imprisonment for testing and possibly death! (as seen with others that have been captured) She, with the help of the Haitian, is going to be on the run and trying to stay as far away from the comapny as possible!

And 'Hiro's dad' is preferable to Star Trek guy; Sulu is also preferable. Just an opinion from someone who watched Star Trek first run!

Why do they have to put this show on hiatus AGAIN? Waiting till late April for the third part of season one is not fun.

I hope that if they split up season two, it will be more like Lost, where there is only one hiatus, not TWO.


And to clear up any confusion, as far as I understand, that was not the last episode of Season 1, its just going on hiatus, and Season 1 will pick back up in April. Season 2 should start in the Fall.

It has a pretty good fan-base, and NBC is going to need to help end their current slump. Also, it has been confirmed that Heroes will return for a second season.

No they won't. Its going on Summer vacation. Nearly all major shows during the regular season go on hiatus during the Summer.

It's still coming back this Monday with 5 new episodes to re-fill us with Heroes-ness. Than it takes it summer break. It's actually coming back earlier than a lot of shows.

YES. There will be a Season 2. Same characters I guess, but new characters are always coming in. (We need to fill up the empty spots: Isaac, Semione, Ect.) Hence why Mollie is coming in next Episode.

Maybe Hiro goes back and saves him, at least that's what I thought.

Last nights episode wasn't that good. I do know relize that 3 people could be the bomb: Sylar, Ted, and Peter. I think ethier Peter or Ted. Sylar doesn't even have the exploding power yet, but I guess that's why Hiro tryed to top him. I suspect Peter WILL be the bomb in the end, but who knows. How do you guys feel about Nathan? Good, Bad, NOT HIMSELF? He's evil to me. I also like the Shape Sifting girl who is with Mika :)

How many people are they willing to kill off?

They've killed off so many characters. Ted. Simone. Isaac. Linderman. DL (No! I really liked DL!). With a possible death of Molly or Claire's dad coming soon. And a possible death of Matt Parkman, in scenes from next episode he is being shown getting stabbed and with a wound to the stomach..

Seriously, hopefully they wont kill off anymore this season. I'm sure they will spare Molly and remember, DL wasn't COMPLETLY dead, he did kill Linderman.
