I need help downloading GIMP it wont make my file have anything

Describe more of what you are doing. Like have you downloaded the file and nothing happens when you double click on it, or you just simply can't get it to download.

You mean when you're downloading it, on the download window, there's no progress at all? Yes, this has happened to me. Simply re-boot your computer.
