My Life

Introduction
I’m Arya Elizabeth Aiden. This is the story to my life. Yeah ,yeah, yeah, you might think I live one boring old life. Many of you might think I do, others might not. I’m only fourteen, I’m five eight, eighty-nine pounds. Brown hair, many people mistake it for black. I have a big family. That’s why we live in a mansion. My dad has a good job too. My dad works for some agency. My mom is a stay at home mom. Well, I’m a triplet. My sisters are Ela, and Arianna, both my twins. I’m the oldest by ten minutes. I also have a little sister. Emma she’s six. I also have three brothers, one of them is a foster brother, that’s Caston, he’s thirteen. I also have two older brothers, Ryan and Nathan they’re both twins and they’re sixteen. Nathan is blonde and Ryan has brown hair. My parents had to do that so they could be told a part. We live in a normal looking white mansion. No, I’m not spoiled. I’m actually far from it. And this is the story, of my life…..
Chapter 1
It’s the first day of school tomorrow, which means, pure chaos. It’s the first day of High school, I’m going to be a freshman. “Arya! It’s ten and you’re still not up! Come on!!” My mom had yelled. My mom’s name is Sofia. Dad’s probably gone by now… I had thought yawning, and getting up. Emma ran into my room. “Get up Arya!!” she yelled. “Leave me alone Emma.” I said, pushing her away. Lucky our dog came up. He was panting getting nasty dog slobber all over my room. “Ugh… Lucky get out!!” I yelled. He walked away, trailing spit the whole way. I hit my head, aggravated. Emma laughed hysterically. “Haha, you go dog spit all over your room!” she said, pointing. I yelled at her, sending her running out of my room. Ela came walking up, leaning on my door. “Wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?” she asked smiling. “Yeah, sure Ela. Leave.” I said, annoyed. Ela mocked me. I jumped up, surprising Ela. She ran downstairs. I laughed pointing at her. “I actually scared you!!” I said, laughing. Arianna got up. She looked at Ela amused. “What’d you do this time Arya?” she asked. “I got up.” I said smiling. I changed out of Pajamas, putting on my white and red shirt that said, Get your own tots! I love that movie, I could watch it for hours and hours. I walked downstairs, and smelt pancakes. Caston was already sitting at the table. I heard the loud thumps coming down the stairs. “Here come the tornadoes.” I heard my mom say. Nathan and Ryan came running down the stairs. “Boys, don’t run.” Sofia said, eating a piece of bacon. Ryan grabbed a pancake and walked towards the door. “Hey Ryan where you going so fast, you got a date, oh wait… I forgot, girls don’t like you!” I yelled. Ryan spun around, his eyes looked mad. “Oh snap.” I said, getting up from the table and running upstairs. Ryan chased me around upstairs, I started screaming. Lucky started barking. “Ryan stop it!” my mom yelled. “You little!” Ryan yelled, grabbing my arm. I screamed as loud as I could and Lucky jumped up, tackling Ryan. I laughed and ran downstairs. “You stupid dog!!” Ryan yelled, pushing Lucky off of him. I grabbed a pancake, drowned it in syrup and ate it.
Chapter 2
I walked upstairs and did my hair. I put it in a ponytail, like usual. I walked downstairs. “Mom I’m going to go outside!” I yelled, putting on my black Vans. Arianna and Ela followed me putting on their shoes. We walked outside and over to Reign’s house. I knocked on the door. Reign, a red head, highly freckled face and pure green eyes. “Hey it’s the three greatest wonders!” Reign said smiling. “Yeah, and it’s Reign! The greatest question!” I said laughing. Reign ushered us in. “Miley and June are upstairs.” Reign said. Miley and June are Reign’s sisters. They’re both thirteen. Arianna and Ela walked upstairs and went to go hang with M and J. I walked to the basement with Reign, we walked into her room. “So, what do you think about school?” Reign asked. “I don’t want to go at all! I hate school.” I said, sticking out my tongue. Reign laughed, “I agree, school blurgs.” I laughed, I liked the word blurg. Reign looked around her room. “So we’re in all the same classes except I’m not in Science and gym with you.” She said. I nodded, gym was my second period and Science is my first. “You’re locker D-thirty-seven, right?” I asked. “Yup, yours is D-thirty-nine, right?” she asked smiling. “Yes.” I said. “Want to watch a movie?” Reign asked me. “Napoleon!!” I said, jumping up. Reign popped in the movie and we sat back to watch.
Chapter 3
By the time the movie was over, I had to go. I jumped up, said my good-byes and walked home with Arianna and Ela. “Wonder if dad is home.” Arianna said, looking straight ahead. “He’s always home by now.” Ela said, glancing at Arianna. “Did you hear? Reign is throwing a freshman party tomorrow night. We have to go!” I said, excited about the party. “You know mom isn’t going to let us go Arya.” Ela said, looking down. “Well, we’ll just have to sneak out then.” I said, a sly tone in my voice. “We can’t do that!! Mom will kill us!!” Arianna said. I shrugged, I didn’t care if I got in trouble. I’ve never gotten grounded before. I don’t even think mom and dad know what that is! Scardy cats… I said. We got home and I walked in first. It was too quiet to be real. I walked in looking around. “Hello?!?” I shouted. “Be quiet Arya ,” Mom whispered. “Emma is finally asleep.” “Sorry, sorry.” I muttered. I walked into my room, turned on my music and started reading. Ela walked into my room and sat down on my other bed, she started reading too. “Are you excited about school?” she asked over the music. “Sure, whatever.” I said, lost in the words of my book.
Chapter 4
I didn’t see my dad for the whole day. It was almost time for bed so I grabbed my water and got to bed. I had some water and fell asleep. My alarm went off at six-thirty, I hit it and it stopped. My mom yelled at the top of her lungs, “Arya, get up!!” I hate getting up, I’m not a morning person. I got up, took a shower and got dressed. I put on my black and red pants, with my black shirt that said, Flammable. I walked downstairs and ate my breakfast. I grabbed my backpack and met Reign, Miley, and June at the corner. I was walking with Ela and Arianna. We got to school and I looked around. I walked with Reign to our lockers. In the middle of us was, Dameon. “Dameon, long time no see!” I said. Reign nodded agreeing. “Yeah, I’ve been busy.” Dameon said. I walked to Science, one of my friends, Mimi is in my class. “Hey Mimi!” I said, sitting next to her. “Hey Arya.” Mimi said, glancing my direction. “What’s up?” I asked, looking at her. “Oh nothing much, did you hear about the party tonight??” she asked. “Yeah! I have to go!” I said. “I have to go too! My mom said it would be fine for me to go.” She said. “Well, I might have to work around my mom.” I said, glancing out the door. “Wh-?” The teacher walked in. “Quiet class!” the teacher boomed. “My name is Mr. Gregg.” He said, glancing at his watch. I mocked him, smiling. Mimi hid her laugh behind her hand. Mr. Gregg looked at us, his piercing gaze looking right at me. I returned his gaze only four times stronger. He avoided my gaze and sat down. I hid a laugh. It was about an hour later and the bell finally rang. I grabbed by book and was about to walk out the classroom when Mr. Gregg said my name. “Arya Aiden, come here please.” I gulped quietly and walked over to, Mr. Egg. His head looks like a giant egg. “Arya, I don’t want to start this as a bad year. So, lets try not to be rude. Ok?” I gave him my, ‘Whatever’ smile. “Good, you can go.” He said. I walked outside with Mimi. I burst into laughter when we were far enough away. “Wow, he believed the smile!” Mimi said laughing. We walked to my lockers, and she walked back to her own. I opened my locker putting my book away. Reign stepped up. “Hey Arya, How was your class?” I explained what happened and she started laughing. We walked home together. “So, want to help me get ready for the party?” Reign asked when we were almost to her house. “Sure, let me go drop off some stuff and I’ll be right over.” I said. I quickly walked inside. “Hey mom, hey dad. Where were you yesterday dad?” I asked, looking right at him. “Working late.” He said, reading the paper. I shrugged, “I’m going over to Reign’s place.” I said, walking out the door. I knocked on Reign’s door. She opened it on the first knock and pulled me in. The house, was a mess. “WHOA!” I said, looking around. “My stupid sisters wanted to come to the party, but they aren’t freshman! They messed up the house and mom isn’t home. Then they ran to Kiara’s house!!” she said, desperation in her voice. “I seriously need your help Arya!!” she said. “I’ll help Reign! Just clam down.” I said, we started cleaning up the house. Reign gave me forty bucks. “What’s this for?” I asked. “It’s for decorations and snacks! Now go!!” she said. I walked down to the party store. Nothing there looked good. I can’t take this stuff! It’s all so babyish, great, where should I go now?? I thought. I went over my options. “Dad’s friend!!” I said and ran out the door. I knocked on his house door. Frank opened the door. Frank, a blonde, blue eyes man. “I need party stuff.” I said quickly. “Perfect place to come Arya!” he ushered me in. I’ve got stuff for every occasion. What do you need?” he asked, sitting down. “Freshman party, first day of school, we need a disco ball, balloons.” I said. “No wait, cut the balloons. Got two giant disco balls?” I asked. “Of course, twenty bucks and you got a deal.” He said. I handed him the money and took the disco balls. “Thanks Frank!” I called walking out. I got back to her house and knocked on her door. “What’d you get??” she asked. I walked in. The house was spotless!! “Dang you clean fast…,” I muttered. “I got two disco balls for twenty bucks.” I said. I took one out, it was going to glint off red and black. The school colors!! “Nice pick Arya.” She said hanging the first one up. “I’ll go get the food be right back.” I said walking to the store. My cell phone rang. I quickly took it out. “Hello?” I said. “Arya, it’s your mother, where are you?” she asked. “I’m at Reign’s.” I lied. “Well, be home by six, we’re going out to eat.” She said. Six was when the party starts! “Ok.” I said. “Bye Arya.” My mom hung up. I gulped and bought the food. I ran back to Reign’s house. Reign opened the door. I showed her the stuff and told her about the problem. “Arya, you have to be here though!” Reign said. “I’ll figure out something. I have to go.” I said, walking home and thinking of a plan. I’ve got it! I’ll pretend I’m sick!! It’s perfect…. I thought opening the house door.
Chapter 5
I walked in, taking out my shoes. I’m really good with drama. I fell to the ground and started coughing. “Arya, are you ok??” my mom asked, coming running into the room. “I don’t feel too good mom…” I said, coughing harder. “Arya you look horrible!” she said, helping me to my room. “I’ll be right back.” She said. I laid in my bed, and smiled quickly. My mom came back up and had the thermometer. She stuck it in my mouth and stroked my hair. “Water!” I coughed. My mom walked downstairs and I put the thermometer up to my lamp. I heard footsteps so I stuck it back into my mouth. Nathan came up. “Hey Arya, I hear you made Ryan tick.” He said smiling. “Yeah…” I said in my sick tone. Mom came back up and checked the thermometer. “Yeah, Arya you’re sick.” I coughed loudly. “I’ll stay home with you Arya.” Mom said. “ No! I mean, you should go out and enjoy yourself.” I said, coughing. “Are you sure Arya?” she asked, feeling my forehead again. “Yes mom.” I said, coughing as hard as I could. “Ok Arya, we’ll be back in a few hours.” She said. “It’s ok mom.” I said. My mom walked out of my room. I heard the car drive out and I got up. Changed into my party clothes, five until six. “I’m not late!!” I yelled. I was about to walk out when guess who followed? Ela and Arianna, they both copied me. “You guys are sick aren’t you?” I asked in a sarcastic tone. “Yup.” They both said. I rolled my eyes and walked to Reign’s house.
Chapter 6
Reign answered quickly. “I didn’t think you were going to come!” she said. I ran in, looking around. The place looked awesome. “You actually kept it clean?” I asked her smiling. “Yes, it’s an awesome accomplishment isn’t it?” she said smiling. Later there was a ton of people. “Hey Mimi!” I said, walking over to her. “Hey Arya, did you help with the stuff?” she asked while she was dancing. “Well, I bought the disco balls and the food.” I said. “Perfect choice!” she said. “Thanks.” I said. I walked downstairs. In front of me, was my greatest crush. Kyle. I gasped. “Oh no…” I whispered quietly. I backed up and turned around. I was about to start walking, but a huge crowd came pushing me back, I then ran into Kyle! I gasped. “Sorry Kyle!” I said. “It’s ok… Arya” Kyle said. “Do you know who got those Disco Balls?” he asked ,”They’re awesome.” He said. “I- I got them.” I said quickly. “Really?” he asked, looking at me. “Well, umm…” I stuttered. “I have to go.” I finished and slipped away. I hesitantly looked back at him and sighed when I noticed he wasn’t looking at me. I looked at the clock. It was already 11 PM! “Ela, Arianna, we have to go, NOW!!” I hollered. They both ran up the stairs and glanced at the clock. “Oh no, they might be home already!” Arianna muttered. “Well, let’s hurry up!” I yelled. The three of us ran out of the house. “Bye Reign, thanks for everything!” I said as I passed Reign. We ran as fast as we could to our house. This was one of the times I was glad I actually ran track. Ela and Arianna were both a bit behind. We were in the driveway and we saw….. headlights. We ran into the house and ran up to our rooms. We laid in our beds and pretended to look sick. We heard the front door open. “Arya, Arianna, Ela? We’re home!” my mom hollered up the stairs. I started coughing. “H-hey mom!” I yelled, I made my voice sound like I was sick. My mom walked up the stairs and walked into my room. “Oh Arya, you’re still sick!” she said, stroking my forehead. “Oh you’re burning up!” she muttered. “You probably won’t be able to go to school tomorrow.” “But mom, I have to go! It’s the second day!” I said. “No Arya, you can’t!”
“What if I feel better in the morning?” I asked, my small puppy face. “I guess, but it’ll be a huge recovery.” She said and walked downstairs. Nathan walked into my room. “Hey little midget.” He said. I shot him an angry glance and turned off the lights. I fell asleep soon after.
Chapter 7
I woke up hesitantly the next morning to my alarm clock. A slapped it but it wouldn’t turn off, I ripped the cord out of the socket. It stopped buzzing. I stood up and took a quick shower. I put on my outfit and walked downstairs. I grabbed my cereal, my favorite kind, Trix. I ate it quickly and grabbed my backpack. “Bye mom.” I muttered, still sleepy. My mom looked at me. “Oh Arya, you look so much better. How do you feel?” she asked. “I feel fine mom.” “Ok, you can go to school.” She said, opening the door, she had blocked it so I couldn’t get out. I walked to Reign’s house. “Hiya, is Reign there?” I asked her mom, Gretchen. “Reign, Arya is here!” she hollered. Reign walked up to the door. Ela and Arianna were both behind me. “Ok, time to go!” Ela said. I stole a glance at Reign meaning, ‘Ok…’ Reign smiled. We got to school and saw Dameon again. “Hey Dameon, what’s up?” “Nothing, that party was great though.” He said, walking with us into the school. “It’s stupid that they have school starting on a Thursday, and today is Friday.” I said, glancing at Reign and Dameon. “Oh yeah, and I’m having a movie night tonight.” I said. “You two are free to come.” I said, walking up to my locker. “Cool, I’ll try to come.” Reign said. “I’ll try to come too.” Dameon said. “Oh, what kind of movie? I’ll grab it before mom gets home.” I muttered. “Horror!” Dameon and Reign said in unison. Ela and Arianna walked up. “I like comedy.” Ela said a smile on her face. “I’ll take either one. I’ll just get both kind.” I said looking from Dameon to Reign to Ela to Arianna. “Go ahead invite some friends.” I said smiling. Reign and Dameon walked away. I shrugged and smiled. I walked with Ela and Arianna outside to the front of the school. The ‘populars’ walked up. I looked at them and sighed. They pushed people out of their way, not caring who they were. They tried to push me, I stood my ground. The ‘leader’ of the populars, Daniell glared at me angrily. “You’re supposed to MOVE when I push you, Arya.” She said. I smirked. “Well to bad, I didn’t.” I said, glaring at her. She avoided my gaze and kept walking. I smiled with triumph. Ela and Arianna walked up to me. Ela smiled and gave me a high-five. Arianna just shook her head and smiled. “Well, let’s hurry up and get to Blockbuster.” I muttered and started to walk over there. Ela and Arianna ran to catch up. “Benchwarmers!” Ela said with a smile. “Napoleon!” Arianna said. They started arguing over which one to get. “Benchwarmers is so much better!” Ela said, “No, Napoleon Dynamite is better!” Arianna protested angrily. “We’ll get both movies.” I said, glancing at Ela then to Arianna. They both shrugged. “We’re watching Napoleon first.” Arianna muttered. I stayed quiet and shook my head. “We’re watching Benchwarmers first.” Ela said. “No.” “Yes.” “No!” Arianna said angrily. “Yes!” Ela said back. “Ok, stop it or I’m not getting either one!” I said as I walked into the store. I scanned the movies. Ela and Arianna were still arguing quietly. They both had their movies at hand. I grabbed the movie The Village. Reign had said it wasn’t even scary, but Arianna thought it was kind of scary. I looked at more of the movies. “I’ll also get…” I stopped to look at them. “Umm…” I grabbed my cell phone. “Hello?” Reign asked. “Hiya Reign, what other movie should I get?” She listen off some movies. I got them all. “Ela, Arianna time to go.” I said. Ela walked up first. She had about four movies. Arianna walked up and only had two. She muttered under her breath and I bought the movies. We quickly walked home and got ready for our friends to come over. I made sure we had enough food. “Hey mom, friends are coming over tonight. It’s movie night!” I said. “Ok, as long Nathan and Ryan stay though. I’m not bringing them out to eat with us.” She muttered. “But mom, they can’t stay!” I said, my eyes were wide and voice was desperate. “Then no friends.” She said. “Ok, where are they?” I asked, standing up straight. “Upstairs.” My mom’s voice was full of triumph. I muttered under my breath and walked upstairs. “Nathan, Ryan! My friends are coming over and mom says you two have to stay!” I shouted. Nathan and Ryan shrugged and walked downstairs. I sighed heavily and sat on the couch. I picked up the phone and dialed Reign’s number. “Reign?” I asked when I heard a voice. “Yeah, what’s up Arya?” she asked. “Coming over?” “Oh, I’ll be there in a minute!” she said and hung up. I put down the phone and made some popcorn and set out drinks. My mom and dad left just as Reign, Miley, June, Dameon, Matt, Kristen, and Mimi came. “Oh, hello kids. Go right in!” she said in a happy voice. I ushered them all in. “Hiya all.” I said smiling. I pulled up more chairs and set them up. “Go ahead take a seat.” I said, plopping down on the recliner chair myself. I pushed play on the remote. “Which movie first?” Ela asked, looking at me. “The Village.” I said and sat back to watch. Every time something popped up, Arianna screamed. The picture changed and Arianna screamed again, I threw a pillow at her and she covered her mouth with it. Reign’s eyes seemed glued to the screen, she didn’t even flinch when something popped out. It was actually kind of funny. I flinched every now and then, but the movie wasn’t all that scary. “Next movie!” Reign said, an evil grin on her face. I flinched and smiled awkwardly. “Umm, ok?” I asked, and put in the next movie. It was Dameon’s choice. Arianna put the pillow over her face almost the whole time, Reign and Dameon’s eyes were glued to the screen this time. I almost screamed but held it in. I looked over at Ela, her eyes were twitching, and there wasn’t a trace of a smile on her face. It was really funny. I laughed just as something bad in the movie happened. Ela looked at me, “That was so, so, so, so, so, not funny!” she said, a weird expression on her face. “No, it wasn’t that. It was just the look on your face a while ago!” I said smiling. Reign glanced at me quickly and looked back at the screen. I remembered Nathan and Ryan were here and I looked at them. Nathan looked at the screen, he flinched but not by much. Ryan was on the couch behind a pillow, the sight was so funny! I started laughing and paused the movie. Reign looked at me with a horrified expression. “Why’d you pause it?!” she asked. “I just couldn’t stop laughing!!” I said, still laughing. “Just turn it back on!!” Dameon said. I looked at Ryan, he was still hidden behind the pillow, and he was still awake. “Look at Ryan!” I said, a grin still on my face. Everyone turned to face Ryan except me, I was still laughing. They all started laughing, “What a brave sixteen year old!” Reign said with a sarcastic tone. Ryan looked up from behind his pillow. “Umm, start the movie?” he asked, trying to sound like nothing happened. Reign smiled. “You sure you won’t get too scared Ryan?” Reign asked. He grunted and took the pillow down. I smiled and grabbed another soda for everyone. Caston came walking down, he rubbed his eyes and looked around. “Whoa! Why’d you start the party without me?!” he asked, walking downstairs. “Because you’re thirteen.” Dameon muttered quietly. Reign smirked. Caston didn’t hear him and sat on the ground right in front of Dameon. Dameon groaned and hit his head. Reign smiled, “Nice place to site, isn’t it?” she asked sarcastically. Caston looked up, “What?” “Nothing, nothing, nothing…. Shrimp.” She said when she was sitting up straight again. I smiled and pushed play. Caston screamed three times, it was hilarious! I hid the laugh behind a hand though. Reign didn’t even try to hide it. I nudged her in the ribs. She stopped laughing but was still grinning. I rolled my eyes and watched the rest of the movie.
Chapter 8
We all watched the last movie. They stayed over a bit later to just talk. Reign was telling me about her meanest teacher, her Science teacher. “She’s trying to fail me Arya! I’m just too good for her though.” Reign said, smiling. “Yeah, and my gym teacher is trying to fail me.” I said smiling. “How can you fail gym Arya?” Reign asked. Dameon and the rest looked at me. “Fail gym class? Ha, that’s really funny Arya.” Mimi said. “We’re playing football, what do you expect?” I asked with a smile. “You’re failing gym class AND smiling? What’s wrong with you Arya??” Nathan asked. Nathan was the know it all. He’s so braggy. He thinks he knows everything! I rolled my eyes and stuck out my tongue at Nathan. He just smiled and walked away. Ryan looked at me. “Football is super easy Arya.” He said. “Yeah, for a boy.” I muttered quietly. “Hmm?” Reign asked, not hearing my completely. I just shook my head. Reign shrugged and started talking to Dameon about something. I fell asleep on that recliner-chair. Everyone else except Reign and Dameon fell asleep. My parents walked in to see almost everyone asleep. Reign was talking to Dameon about TV or something, I don’t know for sure. My dad was holding the sleeping Emma in his arms. Her head was leaning against his chest. She looks so cute when she’s sleeping, yet so evil when she’s awake. It just doesn’t seem right! Reign closed her eyes for a moment and next thing she knew it, she was fast asleep. Dameon looked around at everyone. He sighed and leaned against the couch, he too fell asleep. My parents glanced at each other. “Hope you’re ready to make one huge breakfast tomorrow!” he muttered and walked upstairs to put Emma in bed. My mom groaned and walked upstairs. Then all the lights went off, and everyone in the house was fast asleep.
CHAPTER 9
I was the first to wake up. I opened my eyes and blinked a few times. I sat up and looked around. Everyone was still asleep except my mom and dad. They were both making breakfast. “Well good morning sleepy head!” my mom said teasingly. I smiled. Reign lifted her head. “Hmm? What?” she asked, looking very confused. I laughed. “You sort of fell asleep here Reign.” I said, glancing at Ela and Arianna. Reign sat up and yawned loudly, also making me yawn. “Gosh I’m still tired…” I muttered, putting my head back on the arm-rest. Reign looked at my mom. “Umm… Do you have any coffee?” she asked. “Yes.” My mom said with a weird expression. “May I have some by any chance?” Reign asked with a look full of hope. “Of course you can Reign!” my mom said. Reign stood up and walked into the kitchen. She took a mug filled with coffee and started drinking it. In about one minute the mug was empty. My mom stared at it with a dumbfounded expression. I smiled, Guess I forgot to tell her how much Reign likes coffee! I thought with a smile. Everyone else started waking up. Dameon was the last. We all sat down at the table and ate the delicious pancakes my mom made us. “Those movies were good.” Dameon said with his mouth full. Mimi giggled. I smiled and bit into another piece. “So, what do you want to do when we’re all done?” I asked. “Well Arya, you’re going to clean up!” my mom said sternly. “We’ll all help clean! Right guys?” Mimi said looking around. “Yeah!” everyone said at the same time. Emma came down the stairs rubbing her eyes. She was holding her little teddy bear, she had named him Fluffy. “Good morning Emmy!” I said looking at my little sister. She looked at me, “Hi Arya.” She muttered quietly and sat down on her booster seat.

I’m only fourteen, I’m five eight, eighty-nine pounds. Brown hair, many people mistake it for black. I have a big family. That’s why we live in a mansion. My dad has a good job too. My dad works for some agency. My mom is a stay at home mom. Well, I’m a triplet. My sisters are Ela, and Arianna, both my twins. I’m the oldest by ten minutes. I also have a little sister. Emma she’s six. I also have three brothers, one of them is a foster brother, that’s Caston, he’s thirteen. I also have two older brothers, Ryan and Nathan they’re both twins and they’re sixteen. Nathan is blonde and Ryan has brown hair. My parents had to do that so they could be told a part. We live in a normal looking white mansion. No, I’m not spoiled. I’m actually far from it. And this is the story, of my life…..
Chapter 1
It’s the first day of school tomorrow, which means, pure chaos. It’s the first day of High school, I’m going to be a freshman. “Arya! It’s ten and you’re still not up! Come on!!” My mom had yelled. My mom’s name is Sofia. Dad’s probably gone by now… I had thought yawning, and getting up. Emma ran into my room. “Get up Arya!!” she yelled. “Leave me alone Emma.” I said, pushing her away. Lucky our dog came up. He was panting getting nasty dog slobber all over my room. “Ugh… Lucky get out!!” I yelled. He walked away, trailing spit the whole way. I hit my head, aggravated. Emma laughed hysterically. “Haha, you go dog spit all over your room!” she said, pointing. I yelled at her, sending her running out of my room. Ela came walking up, leaning on my door. “Wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?” she asked smiling. “Yeah, sure Ela. Leave.” I said, annoyed. Ela mocked me. I jumped up, surprising Ela. She ran downstairs. I laughed pointing at her. “I actually scared you!!” I said, laughing. Arianna got up. She looked at Ela amused. “What’d you do this time Arya?” she asked. “I got up.” I said smiling. I changed out of Pajamas, putting on my white and red shirt that said, Get your own tots! I love that movie, I could watch it for hours and hours. I walked downstairs, and smelt pancakes. Caston was already sitting at the table. I heard the loud thumps coming down the stairs. “Here come the tornadoes.” I heard my mom say. Nathan and Ryan came running down the stairs. “Boys, don’t run.” Sofia said, eating a piece of bacon. Ryan grabbed a pancake and walked towards the door. “Hey Ryan where you going so fast, you got a date, oh wait… I forgot, girls don’t like you!” I yelled. Ryan spun around, his eyes looked mad. “Oh snap.” I said, getting up from the table and running upstairs. Ryan chased me around upstairs, I started screaming. Lucky started barking. “Ryan stop it!” my mom yelled. “You little!” Ryan yelled, grabbing my arm. I screamed as loud as I could and Lucky jumped up, tackling Ryan. I laughed and ran downstairs. “You stupid dog!!” Ryan yelled, pushing Lucky off of him. I grabbed a pancake, drowned it in syrup and ate it.
Chapter 2
I walked upstairs and did my hair. I put it in a ponytail, like usual. I walked downstairs. “Mom I’m going to go outside!” I yelled, putting on my black Vans. Arianna and Ela followed me putting on their shoes. We walked outside and over to Reign’s house. I knocked on the door. Reign, a red head, highly freckled face and pure green eyes. “Hey it’s the three greatest wonders!” Reign said smiling. “Yeah, and it’s Reign! The greatest question!” I said laughing. Reign ushered us in. “Miley and June are upstairs.” Reign said. Miley and June are Reign’s sisters. They’re both thirteen. Arianna and Ela walked upstairs and went to go hang with M and J. I walked to the basement with Reign, we walked into her room. “So, what do you think about school?” Reign asked. “I don’t want to go at all! I hate school.” I said, sticking out my tongue. Reign laughed, “I agree, school blurgs.” I laughed, I liked the word blurg. Reign looked around her room. “So we’re in all the same classes except I’m not in Science and gym with you.” She said. I nodded, gym was my second period and Science is my first. “You’re locker D-thirty-seven, right?” I asked. “Yup, yours is D-thirty-nine, right?” she asked smiling. “Yes.” I said. “Want to watch a movie?” Reign asked me. “Napoleon!!” I said, jumping up. Reign popped in the movie and we sat back to watch.
Chapter 3
By the time the movie was over, I had to go. I jumped up, said my good-byes and walked home with Arianna and Ela. “Wonder if dad is home.” Arianna said, looking straight ahead. “He’s always home by now.” Ela said, glancing at Arianna. “Did you hear? Reign is throwing a freshman party tomorrow night. We have to go!” I said, excited about the party. “You know mom isn’t going to let us go Arya.” Ela said, looking down. “Well, we’ll just have to sneak out then.” I said, a sly tone in my voice. “We can’t do that!! Mom will kill us!!” Arianna said. I shrugged, I didn’t care if I got in trouble. I’ve never gotten grounded before. I don’t even think mom and dad know what that is! Scardy cats… I said. We got home and I walked in first. It was too quiet to be real. I walked in looking around. “Hello?!?” I shouted. “Be quiet Arya ,” Mom whispered. “Emma is finally asleep.” “Sorry, sorry.” I muttered. I walked into my room, turned on my music and started reading. Ela walked into my room and sat down on my other bed, she started reading too. “Are you excited about school?” she asked over the music. “Sure, whatever.” I said, lost in the words of my book.
Chapter 4
I didn’t see my dad for the whole day. It was almost time for bed so I grabbed my water and got to bed. I had some water and fell asleep. My alarm went off at six-thirty, I hit it and it stopped. My mom yelled at the top of her lungs, “Arya, get up!!” I hate getting up, I’m not a morning person. I got up, took a shower and got dressed. I put on my black and red pants, with my black shirt that said, Flammable. I walked downstairs and ate my breakfast. I grabbed my backpack and met Reign, Miley, and June at the corner. I was walking with Ela and Arianna. We got to school and I looked around. I walked with Reign to our lockers. In the middle of us was, Dameon. “Dameon, long time no see!” I said. Reign nodded agreeing. “Yeah, I’ve been busy.” Dameon said. I walked to Science, one of my friends, Mimi is in my class. “Hey Mimi!” I said, sitting next to her. “Hey Arya.” Mimi said, glancing my direction. “What’s up?” I asked, looking at her. “Oh nothing much, did you hear about the party tonight??” she asked. “Yeah! I have to go!” I said. “I have to go too! My mom said it would be fine for me to go.” She said. “Well, I might have to work around my mom.” I said, glancing out the door. “Wh-?” The teacher walked in. “Quiet class!” the teacher boomed. “My name is Mr. Gregg.” He said, glancing at his watch. I mocked him, smiling. Mimi hid her laugh behind her hand. Mr. Gregg looked at us, his piercing gaze looking right at me. I returned his gaze only four times stronger. He avoided my gaze and sat down. I hid a laugh. It was about an hour later and the bell finally rang. I grabbed by book and was about to walk out the classroom when Mr. Gregg said my name. “Arya Aiden, come here please.” I gulped quietly and walked over to, Mr. Egg. His head looks like a giant egg. “Arya, I don’t want to start this as a bad year. So, lets try not to be rude. Ok?” I gave him my, ‘Whatever’ smile. “Good, you can go.” He said. I walked outside with Mimi. I burst into laughter when we were far enough away. “Wow, he believed the smile!” Mimi said laughing. We walked to my lockers, and she walked back to her own. I opened my locker putting my book away. Reign stepped up. “Hey Arya, How was your class?” I explained what happened and she started laughing. We walked home together. “So, want to help me get ready for the party?” Reign asked when we were almost to her house. “Sure, let me go drop off some stuff and I’ll be right over.” I said. I quickly walked inside. “Hey mom, hey dad. Where were you yesterday dad?” I asked, looking right at him. “Working late.” He said, reading the paper. I shrugged, “I’m going over to Reign’s place.” I said, walking out the door. I knocked on Reign’s door. She opened it on the first knock and pulled me in. The house, was a mess. “WHOA!” I said, looking around. “My stupid sisters wanted to come to the party, but they aren’t freshman! They messed up the house and mom isn’t home. Then they ran to Kiara’s house!!” she said, desperation in her voice. “I seriously need your help Arya!!” she said. “I’ll help Reign! Just clam down.” I said, we started cleaning up the house. Reign gave me forty bucks. “What’s this for?” I asked. “It’s for decorations and snacks! Now go!!” she said. I walked down to the party store. Nothing there looked good. I can’t take this stuff! It’s all so babyish, great, where should I go now?? I thought. I went over my options. “Dad’s friend!!” I said and ran out the door. I knocked on his house door. Frank opened the door. Frank, a blonde, blue eyes man. “I need party stuff.” I said quickly. “Perfect place to come Arya!” he ushered me in. I’ve got stuff for every occasion. What do you need?” he asked, sitting down. “Freshman party, first day of school, we need a disco ball, balloons.” I said. “No wait, cut the balloons. Got two giant disco balls?” I asked. “Of course, twenty bucks and you got a deal.” He said. I handed him the money and took the disco balls. “Thanks Frank!” I called walking out. I got back to her house and knocked on her door. “What’d you get??” she asked. I walked in. The house was spotless!! “Dang you clean fast…,” I muttered. “I got two disco balls for twenty bucks.” I said. I took one out, it was going to glint off red and black. The school colors!! “Nice pick Arya.” She said hanging the first one up. “I’ll go get the food be right back.” I said walking to the store. My cell phone rang. I quickly took it out. “Hello?” I said. “Arya, it’s your mother, where are you?” she asked. “I’m at Reign’s.” I lied. “Well, be home by six, we’re going out to eat.” She said. Six was when the party starts! “Ok.” I said. “Bye Arya.” My mom hung up. I gulped and bought the food. I ran back to Reign’s house. Reign opened the door. I showed her the stuff and told her about the problem. “Arya, you have to be here though!” Reign said. “I’ll figure out something. I have to go.” I said, walking home and thinking of a plan. I’ve got it! I’ll pretend I’m sick!! It’s perfect…. I thought opening the house door.
Chapter 5
I walked in, taking out my shoes. I’m really good with drama. I fell to the ground and started coughing. “Arya, are you ok??” my mom asked, coming running into the room. “I don’t feel too good mom…” I said, coughing harder. “Arya you look horrible!” she said, helping me to my room. “I’ll be right back.” She said. I laid in my bed, and smiled quickly. My mom came back up and had the thermometer. She stuck it in my mouth and stroked my hair. “Water!” I coughed. My mom walked downstairs and I put the thermometer up to my lamp. I heard footsteps so I stuck it back into my mouth. Nathan came up. “Hey Arya, I hear you made Ryan tick.” He said smiling. “Yeah…” I said in my sick tone. Mom came back up and checked the thermometer. “Yeah, Arya you’re sick.” I coughed loudly. “I’ll stay home with you Arya.” Mom said. “ No! I mean, you should go out and enjoy yourself.” I said, coughing. “Are you sure Arya?” she asked, feeling my forehead again. “Yes mom.” I said, coughing as hard as I could. “Ok Arya, we’ll be back in a few hours.” She said. “It’s ok mom.” I said. My mom walked out of my room. I heard the car drive out and I got up. Changed into my party clothes, five until six. “I’m not late!!” I yelled. I was about to walk out when guess who followed? Ela and Arianna, they both copied me. “You guys are sick aren’t you?” I asked in a sarcastic tone. “Yup.” They both said. I rolled my eyes and walked to Reign’s house.
Chapter 6
Reign answered quickly. “I didn’t think you were going to come!” she said. I ran in, looking around. The place looked awesome. “You actually kept it clean?” I asked her smiling. “Yes, it’s an awesome accomplishment isn’t it?” she said smiling. Later there was a ton of people. “Hey Mimi!” I said, walking over to her. “Hey Arya, did you help with the stuff?” she asked while she was dancing. “Well, I bought the disco balls and the food.” I said. “Perfect choice!” she said. “Thanks.” I said. I walked downstairs. In front of me, was my greatest crush. Kyle. I gasped. “Oh no…” I whispered quietly. I backed up and turned around. I was about to start walking, but a huge crowd came pushing me back, I then ran into Kyle! I gasped. “Sorry Kyle!” I said. “It’s ok… Arya” Kyle said. “Do you know who got those Disco Balls?” he asked ,”They’re awesome.” He said. “I- I got them.” I said quickly. “Really?” he asked, looking at me. “Well, umm…” I stuttered. “I have to go.” I finished and slipped away. I hesitantly looked back at him and sighed when I noticed he wasn’t looking at me. I looked at the clock. It was already 11 PM! “Ela, Arianna, we have to go, NOW!!” I hollered. They both ran up the stairs and glanced at the clock. “Oh no, they might be home already!” Arianna muttered. “Well, let’s hurry up!” I yelled. The three of us ran out of the house. “Bye Reign, thanks for everything!” I said as I passed Reign. We ran as fast as we could to our house. This was one of the times I was glad I actually ran track. Ela and Arianna were both a bit behind. We were in the driveway and we saw….. headlights. We ran into the house and ran up to our rooms. We laid in our beds and pretended to look sick. We heard the front door open. “Arya, Arianna, Ela? We’re home!” my mom hollered up the stairs. I started coughing. “H-hey mom!” I yelled, I made my voice sound like I was sick. My mom walked up the stairs and walked into my room. “Oh Arya, you’re still sick!” she said, stroking my forehead. “Oh you’re burning up!” she muttered. “You probably won’t be able to go to school tomorrow.” “But mom, I have to go! It’s the second day!” I said. “No Arya, you can’t!”
“What if I feel better in the morning?” I asked, my small puppy face. “I guess, but it’ll be a huge recovery.” She said and walked downstairs. Nathan walked into my room. “Hey little midget.” He said. I shot him an angry glance and turned off the lights. I fell asleep soon after.
Chapter 7
I woke up hesitantly the next morning to my alarm clock. A slapped it but it wouldn’t turn off, I ripped the cord out of the socket. It stopped buzzing. I stood up and took a quick shower. I put on my outfit and walked downstairs. I grabbed my cereal, my favorite kind, Trix. I ate it quickly and grabbed my backpack. “Bye mom.” I muttered, still sleepy. My mom looked at me. “Oh Arya, you look so much better. How do you feel?” she asked. “I feel fine mom.” “Ok, you can go to school.” She said, opening the door, she had blocked it so I couldn’t get out. I walked to Reign’s house. “Hiya, is Reign there?” I asked her mom, Gretchen. “Reign, Arya is here!” she hollered. Reign walked up to the door. Ela and Arianna were both behind me. “Ok, time to go!” Ela said. I stole a glance at Reign meaning, ‘Ok…’ Reign smiled. We got to school and saw Dameon again. “Hey Dameon, what’s up?” “Nothing, that party was great though.” He said, walking with us into the school. “It’s stupid that they have school starting on a Thursday, and today is Friday.” I said, glancing at Reign and Dameon. “Oh yeah, and I’m having a movie night tonight.” I said. “You two are free to come.” I said, walking up to my locker. “Cool, I’ll try to come.” Reign said. “I’ll try to come too.” Dameon said. “Oh, what kind of movie? I’ll grab it before mom gets home.” I muttered. “Horror!” Dameon and Reign said in unison. Ela and Arianna walked up. “I like comedy.” Ela said a smile on her face. “I’ll take either one. I’ll just get both kind.” I said looking from Dameon to Reign to Ela to Arianna. “Go ahead invite some friends.” I said smiling. Reign and Dameon walked away. I shrugged and smiled. I walked with Ela and Arianna outside to the front of the school. The ‘populars’ walked up. I looked at them and sighed. They pushed people out of their way, not caring who they were. They tried to push me, I stood my ground. The ‘leader’ of the populars, Daniell glared at me angrily. “You’re supposed to MOVE when I push you, Arya.” She said. I smirked. “Well to bad, I didn’t.” I said, glaring at her. She avoided my gaze and kept walking. I smiled with triumph. Ela and Arianna walked up to me. Ela smiled and gave me a high-five. Arianna just shook her head and smiled. “Well, let’s hurry up and get to Blockbuster.” I muttered and started to walk over there. Ela and Arianna ran to catch up. “Benchwarmers!” Ela said with a smile. “Napoleon!” Arianna said. They started arguing over which one to get. “Benchwarmers is so much better!” Ela said, “No, Napoleon Dynamite is better!” Arianna protested angrily. “We’ll get both movies.” I said, glancing at Ela then to Arianna. They both shrugged. “We’re watching Napoleon first.” Arianna muttered. I stayed quiet and shook my head. “We’re watching Benchwarmers first.” Ela said. “No.” “Yes.” “No!” Arianna said angrily. “Yes!” Ela said back. “Ok, stop it or I’m not getting either one!” I said as I walked into the store. I scanned the movies. Ela and Arianna were still arguing quietly. They both had their movies at hand. I grabbed the movie The Village. Reign had said it wasn’t even scary, but Arianna thought it was kind of scary. I looked at more of the movies. “I’ll also get…” I stopped to look at them. “Umm…” I grabbed my cell phone. “Hello?” Reign asked. “Hiya Reign, what other movie should I get?” She listen off some movies. I got them all. “Ela, Arianna time to go.” I said. Ela walked up first. She had about four movies. Arianna walked up and only had two. She muttered under her breath and I bought the movies. We quickly walked home and got ready for our friends to come over. I made sure we had enough food. “Hey mom, friends are coming over tonight. It’s movie night!” I said. “Ok, as long Nathan and Ryan stay though. I’m not bringing them out to eat with us.” She muttered. “But mom, they can’t stay!” I said, my eyes were wide and voice was desperate. “Then no friends.” She said. “Ok, where are they?” I asked, standing up straight. “Upstairs.” My mom’s voice was full of triumph. I muttered under my breath and walked upstairs. “Nathan, Ryan! My friends are coming over and mom says you two have to stay!” I shouted. Nathan and Ryan shrugged and walked downstairs. I sighed heavily and sat on the couch. I picked up the phone and dialed Reign’s number. “Reign?” I asked when I heard a voice. “Yeah, what’s up Arya?” she asked. “Coming over?” “Oh, I’ll be there in a minute!” she said and hung up. I put down the phone and made some popcorn and set out drinks. My mom and dad left just as Reign, Miley, June, Dameon, Matt, Kristen, and Mimi came. “Oh, hello kids. Go right in!” she said in a happy voice. I ushered them all in. “Hiya all.” I said smiling. I pulled up more chairs and set them up. “Go ahead take a seat.” I said, plopping down on the recliner chair myself. I pushed play on the remote. “Which movie first?” Ela asked, looking at me. “The Village.” I said and sat back to watch. Every time something popped up, Arianna screamed. The picture changed and Arianna screamed again, I threw a pillow at her and she covered her mouth with it. Reign’s eyes seemed glued to the screen, she didn’t even flinch when something popped out. It was actually kind of funny. I flinched every now and then, but the movie wasn’t all that scary. “Next movie!” Reign said, an evil grin on her face. I flinched and smiled awkwardly. “Umm, ok?” I asked, and put in the next movie. It was Dameon’s choice. Arianna put the pillow over her face almost the whole time, Reign and Dameon’s eyes were glued to the screen this time. I almost screamed but held it in. I looked over at Ela, her eyes were twitching, and there wasn’t a trace of a smile on her face. It was really funny. I laughed just as something bad in the movie happened. Ela looked at me, “That was so, so, so, so, so, not funny!” she said, a weird expression on her face. “No, it wasn’t that. It was just the look on your face a while ago!” I said smiling. Reign glanced at me quickly and looked back at the screen. I remembered Nathan and Ryan were here and I looked at them. Nathan looked at the screen, he flinched but not by much. Ryan was on the couch behind a pillow, the sight was so funny! I started laughing and paused the movie. Reign looked at me with a horrified expression. “Why’d you pause it?!” she asked. “I just couldn’t stop laughing!!” I said, still laughing. “Just turn it back on!!” Dameon said. I looked at Ryan, he was still hidden behind the pillow, and he was still awake. “Look at Ryan!” I said, a grin still on my face. Everyone turned to face Ryan except me, I was still laughing. They all started laughing, “What a brave sixteen year old!” Reign said with a sarcastic tone. Ryan looked up from behind his pillow. “Umm, start the movie?” he asked, trying to sound like nothing happened. Reign smiled. “You sure you won’t get too scared Ryan?” Reign asked. He grunted and took the pillow down. I smiled and grabbed another soda for everyone. Caston came walking down, he rubbed his eyes and looked around. “Whoa! Why’d you start the party without me?!” he asked, walking downstairs. “Because you’re thirteen.” Dameon muttered quietly. Reign smirked. Caston didn’t hear him and sat on the ground right in front of Dameon. Dameon groaned and hit his head. Reign smiled, “Nice place to site, isn’t it?” she asked sarcastically. Caston looked up, “What?” “Nothing, nothing, nothing…. Shrimp.” She said when she was sitting up straight again. I smiled and pushed play. Caston screamed three times, it was hilarious! I hid the laugh behind a hand though. Reign didn’t even try to hide it. I nudged her in the ribs. She stopped laughing but was still grinning. I rolled my eyes and watched the rest of the movie.
Chapter 8
We all watched the last movie. They stayed over a bit later to just talk. Reign was telling me about her meanest teacher, her Science teacher. “She’s trying to fail me Arya! I’m just too good for her though.” Reign said, smiling. “Yeah, and my gym teacher is trying to fail me.” I said smiling. “How can you fail gym Arya?” Reign asked. Dameon and the rest looked at me. “Fail gym class? Ha, that’s really funny Arya.” Mimi said. “We’re playing football, what do you expect?” I asked with a smile. “You’re failing gym class AND smiling? What’s wrong with you Arya??” Nathan asked. Nathan was the know it all. He’s so braggy. He thinks he knows everything! I rolled my eyes and stuck out my tongue at Nathan. He just smiled and walked away. Ryan looked at me. “Football is super easy Arya.” He said. “Yeah, for a boy.” I muttered quietly. “Hmm?” Reign asked, not hearing my completely. I just shook my head. Reign shrugged and started talking to Dameon about something. I fell asleep on that recliner-chair. Everyone else except Reign and Dameon fell asleep. My parents walked in to see almost everyone asleep. Reign was talking to Dameon about TV or something, I don’t know for sure. My dad was holding the sleeping Emma in his arms. Her head was leaning against his chest. She looks so cute when she’s sleeping, yet so evil when she’s awake. It just doesn’t seem right! Reign closed her eyes for a moment and next thing she knew it, she was fast asleep. Dameon looked around at everyone. He sighed and leaned against the couch, he too fell asleep. My parents glanced at each other. “Hope you’re ready to make one huge breakfast tomorrow!” he muttered and walked upstairs to put Emma in bed. My mom groaned and walked upstairs. Then all the lights went off, and everyone in the house was fast asleep.
CHAPTER 9
I was the first to wake up. I opened my eyes and blinked a few times. I sat up and looked around. Everyone was still asleep except my mom and dad. They were both making breakfast. “Well good morning sleepy head!” my mom said teasingly. I smiled. Reign lifted her head. “Hmm? What?” she asked, looking very confused. I laughed. “You sort of fell asleep here Reign.” I said, glancing at Ela and Arianna. Reign sat up and yawned loudly, also making me yawn. “Gosh I’m still tired…” I muttered, putting my head back on the arm-rest. Reign looked at my mom. “Umm… Do you have any coffee?” she asked. “Yes.” My mom said with a weird expression. “May I have some by any chance?” Reign asked with a look full of hope. “Of course you can Reign!” my mom said. Reign stood up and walked into the kitchen. She took a mug filled with coffee and started drinking it. In about one minute the mug was empty. My mom stared at it with a dumbfounded expression. I smiled, Guess I forgot to tell her how much Reign likes coffee! I thought with a smile. Everyone else started waking up. Dameon was the last. We all sat down at the table and ate the delicious pancakes my mom made us. “Those movies were good.” Dameon said with his mouth full. Mimi giggled. I smiled and bit into another piece. “So, what do you want to do when we’re all done?” I asked. “Well Arya, you’re going to clean up!” my mom said sternly. “We’ll all help clean! Right guys?” Mimi said looking around. “Yeah!” everyone said at the same time. Emma came down the stairs rubbing her eyes. She was holding her little teddy bear, she had named him Fluffy. “Good morning Emmy!” I said looking at my little sister. She looked at me, “Hi Arya.” She muttered quietly and sat down on her booster seat.
