Is anyone else having a problem with the Jungle Cruise game?

About a week ago I was in VMK, I played Jungle Cruise, wandered around the place a bit and went back for another go at the Cruise. I clicked on the Start Game sign and my character appeared on the lower dock. A short second later I got a Pop Up window that said Ooops! Error, you will have to log in again, sorry for the inconvenience. I was then booted back to the initial log in. Reload dictionary, update, blah blah…

This is not the usual blue pop up window you often see in VMK like the one the used to appear in the Music Game when someone was playing a mix or the VMK closing announcement pop up. It’s off white and looks like a part of the Jungle Cruise game. Embedded, for lack of a better word, in the screen rather than laid on top of the screen. This happens every time I try to play the game.

This has continued for about a week. I reported it using the form the day it happened. No reply. I reported it to two cast members in the game. I re-reported it three days ago no reply. I suppose it is always possible it is me but nothing at all has changed on my end and it did happen in the middle of a session. It has happened in more than one account on the same computer. I do not currently have another computer that I can test my account on.

Any suggestions?
