There aren't any snowflake effects, wonderfulmapu... neither ice crystals. I'll use what I have, though.

First, that's a .GIF file, I don't use those, because if I do... it looks bad. And for the background design, I can't use pictures. Also, it's obligatory for you to choose a text font... or else there would be no text @.@ I can choose a font for you, though.
