How do i make moving avatars

anyways, it's called an animated avatar, and also you usually need special programs (that you have to buy, or get a trial) to make them.. Or you can use some sites, that combine them.. (i don't know of any, sorry :Embar: )

I know of a site that lets you make moving icons/avatars, but i don't believe it's G rated.. (Not sure though) Try searching on google for "moving icon maker" Or something like that. Or you could always request on someone's "animated icon" thread
