I am going to WDW and want to maximize my quest/ vmk cards....where do I need them to go.

Start out one of your days at Animal Kingdom, do the Thrill Seeker quest there (you'll need to print out the quest and get the all important stamp at Kali River Rapids), and then park hop (if you have a park hopping ticket) to The Magic Kingdom, visit VMK Central (on Main Street), and do all the quests they have there (print out the High School Musical and Tomorrowland quests at home).

Remember to search the forums for all the various quests answers and have those at the ready before you go to the parks.

I just got back last night from WDW, and I had a great time. I was extremely lucky- the most I ever waited in line was 10 minutes, and some rides like Space Mountain and Test Track I walked right through and did not have to wait at all! :)
