Nope, doubt it'll come back. Rumour is that is was taken down because adults were acting very immature on the tours, and taking over it, not leaving anything for the kids.

it did appear to be the opinon of our tour guide. Not so much blaming adults, but blaming the internet because people would know the answers before they asked the question LOL.

Epcot quest could happen tho, why not.

that is really mean maybe they could just bring back the prizes or do what they asked us in the poll for what we liked for a new priize

they did actually, except for the vip badge itself. All the prizes you could have won are now included the prizes when you finish all the quests.

you actually end up with more prizes now than when you did the tour. its like you answered all the questions on the tour.

Why would the adults act that way? Couldn't the tour guides kick them out?
I know it's kinda harsh... but what can you do?

Yes there was teenagers on the tour one time and they started pressing buttons on the walkie-talkie
and didn't care to the tour person

Hmm, I wish that was the case for my insider tour. When I did the tour, the girl ONLY called on the kids to answer the questions and not the teens or adults. So I never even had a shot at scoring something extra like BTMR teleporters or the Gorilla/Rhino posters at the time.

We went on several tours before it was changed to 90 days and we noticed it ran the gambit. Sometimes it was adults, sometimes teens, sometimes the kids. Each tour guide was different as well. Some let only kids answer, some took first hand, one guide picked a family for each question so everyone got a chance. The tour was nice but as they have decided to keep secrets really hush hush I'm not sure that a tour would really serve any purpose now. What kind of insider info would they have left to give that hasn't already been plastered all over the internet?

I do so very hope they have at least one epcot quest, there are so many questions they could ask there...and all the lands...

It said in the new Yavn thread that they need more epcot stuff, how about we all put our caps on and start suggesting things. :D I for one would love to see a hat from each land (ccon cap, sombrero, viking helm, beret, britsh police hat, chinese straw hat, etc.).

Its unfortunate that the tour didn't continue, but it kept many in-park VMK items out of reach for those families and kids who were on a trip to Disneyland who could only visit once every few years at best. Its also too bad that the tour guides didn't use the opportunity to advertise the real guided tours they offer through Disneyland.
