ok i was in fireworks i lost i returned to fireworks lobby and a girl comes up to me and says is your bat or snowman for trade i said offers?

then when we were in trade she said i will give you room code for it i just went with it and acted sarcasticly (sp ?) and i say how iwll you do that? she says i will say a no. like on, too tree and if it is a let her i will say a word that has the let her in front.
the codes will proberly not work this is a new typer of scam so watch out! their comin the getcha!!!!!!!!: luckily i never gave my bat or snowman :@)

what???? no that nerver happened. but if you accept a trade and its a boy and your a girl and you wait to click ok for like you cant trade clothes. and then it pops up and he already has averything up and the accept box checked. thats true it happends lots of times

You are lucky you haven't been caught yet. It is against vmk rules to trade room codes in vmk. Also, you should not dictionary dance to obtain this. It is also against vmk rules. If you are ever caught, it could mean a ban to you. Be careful.

Scammers make me so mad!! I traded using the Trader Mick's forum (yes it was here at VMKF) for the Haunted Mansion room code. I gave her my stich pin for it. She wouldn't let me try the code before i traded her the pin, I wanted the room so badly that i just went with it. I traded it to her in VMK and then she disapeared. I messaged her on VMKF and she said she dc and gave me a code. I tried the code and of course it didn't work!!! OMG!!
So i messaged her again telling her it didn't work and she didn't respond for a week. She gave me the same code again. I told her over and over that she needs to get a new code or trade back because she gave me a bad code and recently she said that bc it had been so long that she wasn't obligated to do anything and that basically it was my problem, take it up with VMK. I cant believe this happend here on this site.
I want to warn people about her. Can I say who it was without getting in trouble? I am not sure on the rules of this but i am guessing no

Not to sound mean but it;s your fault. This is not a new scam, has been going on for a while and trade is not safe anywhere. never trust anyone. Biggest tip I can give you.

Flaming is a rule at VMKF, and you shouldn't give her name out or else your flaming her. Take it up with a super mod or admin, they can handle what needs to be done.

Hmm...how did you Really know if it was a scammer? I bet it was some person who trades codes. Really think before you do stuff like that. Remember, even new players canget in-park stuff!

I hope that you bothered to PM a mod about this. Scamming is not tolerated here in the forums and severe action is taken against scammers.

If anyone feels that they were scammed on VMKf then by all means report it to a mod immediately so that we my look into the matter.

Flaming, however, is not the route to take as it is against forum policy.

You should send it to many mods, not just one though. If you have a problem, chances are one of them will get to it. If I ever have a problem, I usually send a PM to every single Mod that is online, and if I don't get a response within the next day, I'll keep on trying or go onto VMKF chat in which they are usually there chatting. Just take it up in a personal conversation with them. Although you may not get you rpin back, your still doing a great deed by having such a member removed from the usergroup, to prevent other users to fall for the trick as well. If you trade for codes, make sure you get the code first. If not, NEVER do the trade unless it's with a VERY trustworthy member. I like to trade the code after, but I've never scammed anyone. Just be careful on who you trade with, make sure that person is an active poster, and you'll be fine. :)

Id say only do it if you know the person and really trust them, and are willing to take the chance. I dont do that kinda stuff, Id rather earn it myself, it kinda takes the fun out of it for me.
