Well, you pay to keep the site running. If it was free, Nick would have to pay everything himself. And we already got a new server, so let's say.. the money is going somewhere good. I'd rather have the site running than a free signature.

If everyone had a free signature, things would get out of hand. For one thing, advertising, another is keeping things g-rated. I can see why Nick doesn't have free signatures.

Wow, low blow listing another fansite. That, my friend, is called advertising. If you like them better, nobody's stopping you from heading on over there! :) Just remember they don't offer services like spoilers and such. :)

Exoxus is right. You're donating money to our site to keep it running. It's like when PBS has those drives and you donate money but if you donate like $1000, you get a mousepad or something. It's a little thank-you token. Some other sites keep things free, that's true. But, they are also losing cash like no tomorrow and could be in danger of having to shut down when the owner runs out of money or doesn't want to keep paying out of pocket. Nick barely breaks even-and sometimes has to put money out to keep the site running. HE DOES NOT make any money off of this site (or Toontown Central, our sister site), and he does NOT pay his staffers (mods, admins...). We volunteer our TIME as a form of keeping the site running.

Now. Are you sure you want to keep demanding a signature for free? I doubt that that will ever happen-making a signature option free for everyone. So, if you really have that much of an issue with having a signature, maybe we aren't the right place for you.
