Ok i have a 4 day total trip to wdw the first day will start at 1:00. i need help plz! I want to visit all the parks and the water parks and disney quest even if it means cutting down on rides a little i need your suggestions we ARE going to the magic kingdom and the halloween party the second day! ty for your help!

Sounds exciting! Two quick questions though:
1) Are you staying on property (in a WDW hotel)?
2) How old are the folks going with you? (Don't give personal information, just put something like '2 parents, 2 teens and a little kid')
You have set yourself quite a goal to do all that in just 4 days, so you are wise to have a plan. As Oranges suggests above, check out his guide site to get an idea of what you might want to do, and then we can offer some suggestions.
One suggestion i do have off the top: Use Oranges guide and pick out the one or two things you MUST do when you visit that park. Get Fastpasses or wait as long as you need and do those things (attraction, show, parade, whatever). Then, with as much time as you have chosen to visit that park, do as many other things as you can. You will not see everthing, so don't try to rush. Much of the fun at Disney is enjoying the journey from attraction to attraction: watch a streetmosphere skit, listen to Jim play the piano at Casey's Corner, watch the swans swim in the Castle moat.

4 days - sounds like you are trying to cram too much in to do. I would consider a park a day, but you will be constantly on the go.

Last time I went to WDW, I only had three days and we managed to do A LOT (even with my husband's hurt ankle). I second the suggestion of doing some research and making a list of what you MUST see and do. And utilize those Fast Passes!! At the end of the trip, there were only a few things we didn't get to do and we had a blast!
