Thats right our next year is called A year of a million dreams.
For the year of a million dreams there is a dream crew going to be walking around all over and every once and a while they feel a bit generous. So if your lucky they will hand your a letter that has a dream on it, Depending on what dream it says depends on were you are going [How exciting:)]

I only know one of the dreams i cant tell which one but for this dream you will be sent out to WDW for i think a night or 2 to sleep in a castle including some extra special stuff :)

Although, Its the 51st celebration for Disneyland...The really important note here is that Walt Disney World is actually celebrating their 35th anniversary starting October 1st, 2006. Walt Disney World has always done a great job of pretty much celebrating every 5th anniversary so I am sure this one will also be a blast...

Sadly, I go to DLR most of the time. (Most likely going Monday since there is NO BLOCKOUT -woot- :D) Maybe DLR will be handing out letters saying "You've won a trip to WDW/EPCOT/MAGIC KINGDOM and more or something! :)

I would love the wish where you get the Keys to the Magic Kingdom oo that would be a dream come true. or the Golden Fastpass that would be amazazing

Hi I just got more news about this and they are doing a celebration for WDW 35th aniversary. They are doing the million dreams because they wont be doing much for DLR since its WDW aniversary. This starts september 20th i believe. Also for the new year DLR has changed there firework scudule and events!!! WOOOO!

hello, some news , i just got back from wdw, where they are merging from 50th to year of a milion dreams..they dont just gve things out, but play games with people, they gave a collector pin out for the person to turn off an alarm clock in the jewelery shop!!

MOST likely they are NOT giving out vmk cards (quests may be started)
You could just be walking along having fun and the dream team will reward you with a dream
There will be trips to other parks

Trip to Disneyland/ CA Adventure 12/31/0-1/5/07

I was pin trading with my children, and spoke to a Dreams Cast member how to get a prize. He said it's completely random, and asking will not get you a prize.

Most people I saw either had won blue cloud mouse ears, a fastpass badge, or a small button to wear.

I asked one father of a family, how did you win your fastpass badge? He said he'd like to say they were a nice looking family, but he said he had no idea how they were chosen. They were standing in line for Buzzlightyear Astro ride, and the cast member just walked up to them and handed them their badges. No fanfare or anything.

Cast members walk around with a satchel bag that says "Year of a Million Dreams." They wear white vests, and sort of a safari style hat.

:P I Got 25 Night at the Hotel.. And I Gave it too some poor family.. :)
