futuremartymcfly 09-15-2006, 01:07 AM well, don't mean to be critical, but seems kind of like a cheesy way to bring up a new movie.
Tris-Remix 09-15-2006, 01:09 AM But how would they get the voices? I mean most of the people are gone and Cinderella is old now. Very weird...

The get new people to do the voices. And please disney don't do Snow White, that would be very sad if Walt's original had to be given a sequel.

I know! The classics are meant to be untampered, left alone, no sequels. I thought it was a bad idea when they made the first sequel to Cinderella, I'd rather it just be left. Bambi as well, one of my favorite movies, was made a sequel, I just sort of frowned. As a little kid, I loved Disney classics, my relatives would always buy me another movie made by Disney, I fell in love with almost every movie I saw. Anyways, now that Disney is making sequels to the good old classics, I can't help but feeling sad. I believe that every kid should be able to feel the magic of the original movie, and not some sequel. Those good old classics should be cherished, but left alone, with not one sequel.
TheSmoothieMan 09-24-2006, 04:56 PM Atleast they can't make a sequal to Mary Poppins. I love that movie, and as a kid I would spend the entire day watching the movie over and over. The ending always makes me cry. And as a guy I don't cry much. And I love the Feed the Birds song. Makes me want to get a loaf of bread and go to the duck pond.
trainz 09-25-2006, 01:22 AM wow i guess people are right
PEOPLE ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!!
I happen to think this movie will be very interesting and the thing she did not mention is this is a What If movie. It may not get the happy ending like all other disney movies
tell u the truth i want to see atleast 1 disney movie where the ending is not a happily ever after
jdrocks 09-29-2006, 06:40 AM Yes It's on the Cinderella Platinum DVD. I saw it defintely going to see it!
levity 09-30-2006, 10:31 PM I think this should count as Cinderella 2 bc the second one is SO horrible. I pretend like it was never made.
Pinkdust 11-09-2006, 10:19 PM This really does upset me. I saw the preview on the Cinderella Special Edition DVD.
So. If Lady Tremaine, Cinderella's stepmother, is a witch, turns back time, and Cinderella never met the Prince, all of Walt's hard work on the original movie seems to be for nothing?
Really. If Disney doesn't come up with some new ideas FAST, the whole company might go down the drain.
CuteGirlAcey 11-24-2006, 02:14 AM I've heard of Cinderella 3, and it sounds like its going to be good..
-unless!- Its like Bambi! Bambi shouldn't have a sequel

Yeah really. They really NEED to go back to the hand-drawn classics. 3-D movies are nice, like Cars, but they are taking over hand-drawn beauties. Cars will probably never become a classic because of it's 3-Dness or whatever...but Cinderella did, Beauty and the Beast, the like. They need to go back to handdrawn stuff, because honestly, the 3-D stuff is so...high techy. Disney is magic, not computer techey stuff. Magic, hand-drawn magic. But where is the magic now?
