Hey I am not very good at computers. But when I logged on VMk today it said that there was a firewall that will not let go in VMK what does that mean? How do I undo the firewall thing? I just had it today and by the way I have a Windows XP. Can someone please help me i really appreciate it!

I have a xp and usually when that happens it asks me for a password. Did it ask you for a password.

this isn't expert advice or anything but if you usually log on to vmk with no problem, just keep trying! that's what I do and I get on most of the time in 2 or 3 tries :) in my opinion that message just means "try, try again!" lol

it didn't ask me a password or anything.the VMK thing just says you have a firewall that won't let u in VMk. And that was it so i am sort of lost as to how i should solve my problem....

Okay another thing to try is do you have a thing called mcafee security center if you do go in there and click on firewall and then click on disable firewall.

No i only have Norton thing

Look under programs and it should be in alphabetical order so look for M and look for Mcafee if that doesn't work ask your parents.

are you trying to log on using internet explorer or mozilla firefox?
