To make the progress faster, If you donate stuff to build the room, you will get special Benifits
Minor Donator if you donate 1-9 items
Bronze donator if you donate 10-19 items
Gold donator if you donate 20-29 items
Platinum donator if you donate 30+ items
Here are the special reconigtion for donators:

Minor Donators get a spot on the minor donator list, A special entracne at opening, and a 50-100 credit gift card

Bronze donators get a spot on the bronze donator list, a special entracne at opening, special quest entracne, and 500 credit item

Gold donators get a spot on the gold donator list, a special entrance at opening, a special quest entrace, a 1000 credit item, and gold priority VIP seats!

Platinum donators get a spot on the platinum donator list, a special entrance at opening, a 2000 credit item, Platinum VIP seats, And a special quest entrance. Platinum donators will also get a early notice or something on the next project. I might also make a sig for platinum donators!

Sure. What type of chairs were you thinking? These would fit in the most I think:

Green or blue blizzard beach chairs
Explorer sofas
Green or gold director chairs
Raft seasts (possibly)

Those may be expensive and hard to get and such, but ill look at your ideas to ;)
