its not retired its not even yet only way to get it is trade or get to test it and srry i dont think he has any more to give out because it will come out soon .

I thought if you test something you don't get it to keep it. I heard you only get to try it out and then they take it away. But I have not played for a while so someone tell me if I'm wrong.
