I am getting tired of when I am browsing through the site all of the sudden I refresh or go to a new page I get thw Server Is busy Please try again later. Does anyone know when that will fix? Also I dont like when you post something and it says that the server is busy and you lose what you said in the post. :mad:. Not trying to be mean or anything its just that i am realy Agrivated by it.


Oh and BTW the posting thing will probably happen to me when I make this post. Ill copy it just in case...

If you write a post and you get the server message when you try to submit it, use the "Back" button on your browser and you should be able to go to the previous screen and not lose your post. Then you can just keep submitting it until it goes through. If you write something long, it's not a bad idea to copy the text as well though just in case.

Nick is experimenting with various things to address the server issues. We don't have enough money to buy a dedicated server for VMK Forums yet. For now, we are still sharing with TTC and some other client apps. The load has been especially high lately due to some new Toontown content. The "server full" message usually occurs during peak traffic times. One way you can help out is to log out of the forum when you aren't using it rather than staying connected all day. I know this is frustrating to everyone, but unfortunately it's just the reality of the situation for now.

Genie, since most don't come to rants, is there any way we could have a thread on the main board explaining the cause of the message and the suggestion to log out?

That way more can see it?
