You can't move into someone's town on Wi-Fi, you can just visit. The only way to move is to actually move onto the other person's cartridge.

well you need to buy the wifi thing that you plug into your computer and then play online. Someone around me has it, so my DS picks up its signal iand i can use theirs lol

not nessesarily. You can set up your Wi Fi with a wireless router, which is what i have in my room.

I have a USB, it's a fairly easy set up. Insert CD, install, connect USB wifi connector. The only problem you might run across is your firewall which you might need to lower security when running it. Thus making your computer less safe at the time of playing. Also consider how far away your computer is to where you want to play. Say upstairs in your room will not work. It's within 30 meters I believe. I have still lost connections while using the USB. Also don't leave it plugged into the computer while you aren't using it, I've had some connection warnings before.

I suggest getting it from Target, Fry’s Electronics or another store with a good return policy and try it out. If for some reason it won't work take it back. At least then you'll have tried it. :wave2:
