it will not let me use the contact us button because it says my username and/or info is wrong. how do i get my info?

If you mean the green help tool window on the VMK website (not on the actual game window), then you may need to go to Disney.com and click on Guest Services link on the very bottom then you can look up your account info there.

Try checking there, it has alot of things that can help you, I posted how to get your info and they put my info in this thread.

Or say that you are the Parent. It does not ask you for any info I belive.
