I have both.

I get about 3 times more trade request for the Mansion costume.

It seems like people only want the Cowboy hat, when I wear it.
I get very few trade request for the Whole Cowboy costume.

cowboy not rarer than the hm suit but its more cool the hm suit is just a jacket tie bow black shoes top hat and black pants

I LOVE COWBOY PANTS! They are way hotter than HM suit. Usually I only like the pants and hat of HM suit, but I wouldn't care which part of cowboy I get! I can't wait until Halloween..

To me it would be the haunted mansion costume mainly because not a lot of people have the whole thing, and also it is so much rarer than cowboy costume.
