If vmk were to create a new sort of leader what would you prefer it to be?

Maby a person who looks like a norml person but is really working 4 vmk like the spy idea
or like for the people who have been on since day 1 like her should be tour guids who help vmk and are like CL

ok, first of all!I've kinda tried stopping this along time ago, and it doesnt work! Too much people are doing this! I know, I know I bet your thinking " How can you be on thier side!?" well i'm not on their side! there is just too many people doing this! it wont stop 'till staff do serious action

Some of it makes the site sound safer, but none of it is going to help make it better

I'll add to my previous post why I chose None of the Above:

POL_ -> We really don't need police in VMK, there isn't a reason to justify having them.
911_ -> The help button is there with an emergency feature.
SPY_ -> Like I said, spies aren't meant to be obvious.

None of the above. If there was people who had that in their titles there would be problems. Police - they would go up to people and try to arest them or report many people who have done nothing. It also promotes Jail in VMK. 911 - there is a call for help button. Spy - Why would there need to be a spy to keep things in order if they get out of hand. I have seen people be mean to community leaders who are supposed to keep things in order. And like JermyV said they would have spy in there name. And probably after one reporting of somone everyone will know you are a spy.

What they do need are more HOSTs, so that more event rooms can be open simultaneously, giving more people chances to participate, like in the ride-a-thons.

I think a SPY staff member would be good! Some community leaders don't do their jobs, they just fool around when staff are not in the room! So this would be a good way for them to know if they are fit to be a community leader or not :)

i love the spy idea..it's really smart POL is also a good one, i like calling it COP btw lol anyways i would be happy if any of these things happen because VMK is deffinatly not how it was back in beta.
