I know this is a dumb question but i am very sorry. I click the link to get to the website but how do i play the game? i am really confused. Can someone please tell me how to because i want a jack sparrow outfit for my brother bad :)

Just click on items that glow to add them to your inventory, then click on the door to the next level.
