you all may know that i have a thread that i am making avvies, yes that's true but i am still trying to find out where you can make better avvies and make sigs. i really want to make blinking avvies, highlighting text avvies, and all different other avvies.

Can anyone PM me a site to do this? and i don't want a site that you find avvies, i want a site that lets you make avvies. Can anyone tell me??

I'm not sure of a site that lets you animate avatars but i'm sure you could search for one on Google.

There are many options there for you!

I animate my avatars using a GIF animation program. You could most likely find a free trial for a program using Google as well.
