If its too difficult no worries I have tried it myself doesn't work.
Now that I've gotten them pretty much the same size it might be a little easier. Make a reactangle the same size as the smallest one of them, draw a border somehow, copy the border, paste onto each image, border made to fit the smallest will make others all the same size (should anyways) then put them in some kind of animation program and boom there you go. I don't have a good animation program though :)
